Stayed for 2 nights had booked 4 rooms checking was 12.30pm 3rooms was not available till 2pm 4th one wasn't available had to book elsewhere 1 room. Staff was rude and aragnt breakfast supposed to be included charged us. Booked double and single beds in each rooms was given 1 double bed in room. Electrics was giving shock when touched cleaning wasn't done. Double bed and a mattress was given to put on floor and sleep refused refund even it's hotels faults. Over booking. Charging £15 to use swimming pool for 1hr.

Staff was good cooperative, rooms were also good

Hotel is very clean and tidy staff are absolutely brilliant. King size bed are very comfortable. Area is safe.

It was very very dirty. It was impossible to stay there. The staff was very unfriendly and uncooperative. It’s a terrible place.
