Weird hotel. Big restaurant on ground floor always very busy and you have to literally walk between the tables to get into the hotel. Just ridiculous. Shower head was broken. AC control for temperature did not work so had to get up and turn off the AC at night it got so cold in the room. Toilet seat was broken so it move around once you sat down. Bed was hard. Safe in my room did not work and manager did nothing about it.

Great staff and excellent restaurant very clean

A great little hotel but without an elevator so be prepared for stairs if you end up in a room on the 4th. floor as I did. Luckily I was able to move to the 1st. floor within a few days. Unfortunately they could not supply a hotplate in my room so I could make my own espressos. Watch out for mosquitoes! The free water was a nice addition. The best part is the Dom Pizzaria out the front, which also has a range of Western dishes & breakfasts.

Great if you like living in a sauna. Bathroom has no shower cubicle so becomes flooded after every shower.

We decided to do New Year's Eve at Pattaya City and chose Patamnak Beach Guesthouse . It's just the other side of the mountain from the pier and Walking Street and we found it convenient enough to walk . The street has plenty of conveniences , the beach is just at the end of the street but you are away from all the noise , traffic and pollution of Pattaya . We were very happy with our stay here . The owners are French and Thai and do very well with the restaurant and the hotel both .

Our stay was great, also having restaraunt below with excellent food at very reasonable prices was a plus. Friendly owners and staff. Highly recommend.

The hotel was great. People was great, food was pretty good, facilities were jice and very quit location. But not a beach hotel. Should remove Beach from hotel. Veru confusing when I booked. Hotel is on the street 10 walk from the beach. The view is of the street. Excellent hotel, but not a beach hotel

This hotel guesthouse opened just 3 months ago, so everything is new, well equipped, in good operating order. The owner is French, his wife Thai who speaks excellent English, so communications is good..and the owners are alway on site and available. The price and location are excellent, so the value is exceptional. The smaller beach at the end of Soi 4 is much nicer than the nearest beach, more atmospheric, better atmosphere. Overall even though described as a "guesthouse" the rooms are as good as most 3 1/2 establishments. The owner even helped me to move with my luggage to my next hotel which was only about 600 meters away by using their private car to transport my luggage. This place is a true bargain...

The hotel is very nice, the rooms are incredibly comfortable and well furnished. The quality/price rate is exceptionally convenient. Hotel people are unusually friendly, whatever is not perfect you just need to ask and in a minute they take care of, and then they ask you if you are satisfied about. The hotel it also is a good restaurant (home made pizza also), full of people every evening. From the hotel you can reach the beach in 2 minutes walk, and walking a few minutes in other direction you can reach a pleasant open air market and food area. If you need to go further you need a transport, like TukTuk, but better you rent a motorbike (the hotel can provide it), because unfortunately also TukTuk guys know your movement problem and they ask higher prices than normal in order to shift you in Walking Street or any other place.

Unfortunately, I can't recommend the hotel in good conscience. Patumnak Soi 5 is a street with many bars and restaurants. It's therefore very noisy, which can be heard in the rooms. We're not particularly demanding, but the construction work on the first floor at such an early hour was too much. No one responded to our messages. Once, a staff member entered the room without knocking.

Trevlig personal. Fräscht rum med balkong (Premier dubbelrum). Bra daglig städning. Egen restaurang med god mat. Kort promenad till beachen. Enda negativa är att är du rörelsehindrad så det inte finns en fungerande hiss.

Helt OK. Kaotisk innsjekking med servitører som nermest gikk oppå meg ved kassa. Hard madrass. Ikke topp renhold. Var støvete oppå garderobeskap, flekkete og skittent på varmtvannsbereder, og andre plasser høyt oppe. Betjeningen kom flere ganger inn på mitt rom på tross av "ikke forstyrr" lappen hang ute. De låste heller ikke etter seg da de gikk ut.

1 nuit tout c'est bien passé.

Supert hotell og det blir bare bedre og bedre for hver gang jeg bor her. Topp betjening, rom og restaurant
