Great low cost option! The building at amenities and nice reception space and it’s a great location. In my hallway there is even a community full kitchen, living room, and dining table (but I didn’t know about it until day 3 since no one showed me that option, which is behind a door in the hallway my room was.) However, not having AC in summer was rough! They should at least give you a rotating fan in the room which they did not. That would have been much appreciated. Also it’s easy to hear between rooms, there were some chatty guests a couple rooms down the hall from my room. I even heard someone snoring in the room next to me. There is also no housekeeping during my 5 night stay. So as long as you are okay knowing all of these things and don’t mind them, then I recommend this place for the price.

Do not stay at this hotel/ student accommodation. Overpriced . Small rooms Small beds . The description of rooms is not accurate . The " climate controlled " description is not accurate , no a/c in rooms . We booked for two nights and stayed for 1 . No sleep 35 c in the room . Only thing positive i can say is the location.

Student accomodation isn't made clear in the advert. However for a 2 night stay it was ok. Mattress was a bit uncomfortable. Springs coming through. Kitchen was decent. Bathroom ok. Shower was decent.

Guest experienced bad hygiene and even after complaining to the reception, problem wasn't resolved so Guest checked out after 1st night even though room was booked for 4 nights in total.

Great student accom. Brilliant facilities. Clean and wonderful area. Loved my stay.

Amazing service and atmosphere

This is student accommodation (which wasn’t clear at booking) expect as such. Paper thin walls, noise and a pretty uncomfortable bed. Great location and was fine for a quick overnight for work.

This was a great property for our 2 week stay. It’s very close to Liverpool St Station and bus stops. There are several food options near by. If you like pub food at a reasonable price Hamilton Hall (Weatherspoons) is real close too. Staff were very helpful, laundry was easy to use, everything is available by request for the apartment so don’t be afraid to ask. Great stay and I would definitely stay again.

Some amenities were not available during our visit. Building needs some repair. Location was great and accessible to many great places in London.

My stay was excellent, brilliant value - super close to Liverpool street station. Very safe street, lots of amazing places to eat and bars. The staff were super friendly, it was really easy to check in after hours. The room was basic, but super clean and the bed was very comfy. I will definitely be staying again, such great value.

Wonderful location, great set up of apartment, very clean and modern. Only complaint is it was unnaturally hot in London and a/c would have been nice to have.

It is what it is. An affordable bed for the night with cooking facilities. Rooms are very basic like student accommodation but branded more classy. Not the case in my experience. Was like being back in halls of residence.

I did this booking for my teen girl she was delighted with the services, space and safety of the suite. I will be making my own reservation here for my next trip

Great location but 24 hour noise from building ventilation equipment made it quite a difficult stay - raised with reception who were unable to assist. Not for me!

Really great city views, friendly staff, and central location with grocery store right there. Only con was trash 🗑 dump all the way in the basement.

Celebrated my birthday in London and had such a great stay at Chapter Spitafields. The grounds are kept clean and well-maintained - loved the access to the outdoor terrace & lounges. Perfect place for solo travelers and large groups. I always felt safe. Amazing location and even better staff! From the AM to PM teams, they were super helpful, accommodating and friendly. Thanks to Yetti & team for helping make my stay a comfortable experience. They even wrote “Birthday Girl” on my key card envelope! So sweet :)

The add IS NOT REFLECTING THE ACTUAL ROOMS! Never been more disappointed when opening the door to the 2 bedroom appartement, It was suppose to be a big 64 Kvm appartement, instead it was two small bedrooms, dorm-rooms, connected with a very small kitchen and two small bathrooms. We went downstairs and complained, was given the choice between full refund and finding another hotel, and partial refund and stay. We choose partly refund, thinking they were not aware of the mistakes in the add. NEVER GOT THE REFUND, no help to get when checking out, manager did not reach out as promised. I can see from other feedback they have been aware of this advertising error since 2025, SAME pictures at booking as well.. So the hotel ARE aware, and in my eyes this qualifies as scam. It is a big difference between 64 kvm and 18 kvm. Note - the personell at the breakfast was amazing. So helpful.
