You won't be bored staying at Grand Tan...everything is really good.

The Wi-Fi is slow in the room, so work is disrupted, especially if there is a Zoom meeting in the room, which is highly not recommended.

The hotel staff is very friendly, the security is very humble, and the housekeeping staff are also very responsive. This has been our family's favorite hotel for a long time. The building is tall, so you can see the views, and the swimming pool is large. We even bought a deluxe room and were given a suite. Wow, what a stroke of luck! The best!

It was nice place to stay, the comfort they provide is absolutely worth, however the cleanliness needed more concern, the shower issue is still manageable but it did disturb the comfort, overall it was good just need more attention to small detail.

Always stay there because the service, staff, rooms, restaurant, cleanliness are very good.

The window glass is very dirty so the view is blocked from the inside, since changing brands to Grandtan, many have changed but it's not better, it's not as pleasant as before, the food is not as much as before, the staff is not as friendly as before, and the bed sheets are dirty with splashes of chocolate drinks, the fine is 100k even though at most it will disappear, except for stains that can't be removed, now you can get a fine, and you don't want to go back there, it's not as comfortable as before!! Be careful of those of you who stay there, a little stain will result in a fine
