The executive sea view room is spacious with huge windows and a great view of the seafront. Fantastic to just cross the road to go for a swim. Well located for all the town's facilities and walking distance from the train station. Good parking deal at 2.35 per day. Downside was the bathroom is very small, and gets stiflingly hot, and has no space to put your toiletries

Great staff nothing to much trouble breakfast 5 star best have had

It was exactly as I expected for a British seaside hotel. The rooms are very dated and you don’t really want to walk on the carpet but the staff were friendly and attentive and it’s in a great location. Had lunch in the restaurant which was extremely average yet very overpriced. You’re much better going to eat somewhere on Terminus Road about ten minutes walk away.

What I expected from an hotel. Staff friendly & discreet. Good location on Eastbourne seafront. Recommend this hotel.

Great location by sea front - slightly dated interior and feel to the hotel - maybe trying to keep to a certain look and feel. However everything was clean. Friendly staff, though wi-fi was quite patchy annoyingly.

Great choice of hotel

This is a nice hotel located perfectly for our theatre trip. Friendly staff, lovely clean room with a sea view, decent food (we ate from the bar menu) and a nice bar. Excellent value one night stay. We will definitely return.

We had a beautiful room with a sea view , very clean . Staff were all very lovely . Wonderful breakfast too with a lovely choice of food . Oh and it was decorated beautifully for Christmas.

A dated hotel that has charming communal spaces and restaurants. Rooms do show the age of it though but quite comfortable nonetheless. Staff are not very enthusiastic, but was a good stay for one night when travelling for work.

Friendly staff, really good location

I stayed at the hotel on my own, I felt very safe. The breakfast host was very friendly and the breakfast was delicious and plentiful. I would definitely stay again.
