The bathroom sink pipe is leaking, it's really noisy because of the sound of repairs from the upper floor. So it's uncomfortable

strategic location near busway stop and Chinatown Glodok area, the room is quite spacious and the AC is cold, but it needs more maintenance because it is a rebrand from the old hotel, please upgrade to a smart TV, breakfast food is too simple and the taste is a bit bland, the location is right next to the market so sometimes there is an unpleasant smell

The location is very strategic, just across from the TJ Glodok bus stop. The security guard and receptionist are very nice, helping to open the door and carry the suitcase. Maybe because this hotel is still in the renovation stage from the previous Maxone, so the interior of the room looks very simple. There are also no tea or coffee amenities in the room, only 2 mineral waters and toothbrushes, soap and towels are provided. For breakfast at 7 am it was already finished :’) The hot water also took a long time to warm up, had to wait 5 minutes for it to warm up. Hopefully in the future it will be better, overall the service is very good. Maybe just improve the facilities, it's okay if it's a little expensive as long as the facilities are proper.

Everything is great for the price, but the AC is not working. It feels hot in the room. Please fix it yaa.

The room was not very clean, the floor looked like it hadn't been mopped, there were cockroaches, mosquitoes and weevils, and the hot water didn't work.

Strategic location, but dirty, dirty bed sheets with stains, dirty floor with lots of hair, no hair dryer, dim lights.

Everything is okay, but please fix the exhaust in the toilet so the bathroom is not damp.

The experience of staying at 1O1 Urban Jakarta Glodok Kota Tua was very memorable. The staff were friendly and helpful, the rooms were clean and comfortable, the location was strategic near culinary and the old city. The warm service made me feel at home!! 😊

Third time staying here (previously stayed here when the hotel was still called Maxone), I don't know whether the management changed or what. What is clear is that the last time I got a room on the 6th floor, dark hallway (no lighting, hallway lights were off). The toilet smelled of urine, the water smelled, the AC was leaking (dripping), a little uncomfortable because I got a slightly scary room (black shadows pacing back and forth in the toilet and in front of the mirror). The female receptionist was a little unfriendly, but the security guard downstairs was very friendly. The breakfast was quite good, it had a taste.

The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful during my stay. The WiFi connection is smooth, suitable for those who need to work or just browse. The check-in and check-out process was fast without any problems. Overall, a pleasant and memorable stay! Will definitely come back to this hotel for my next visit. Highly recommended!

Love it!! I enjoyed staying at 1O1 URBAN Jakarta Glodok. The location is very strategic, only 5 minutes walk to Pancoran Chinatown Point and 10 minutes to Jakarta Kota Station. Find transportation that is easy to access. The room is clean and comfortable, the AC is cold, the Wi-Fi is smooth, and the staff are friendly.
