This was a fabulous hotel, it had a very exquisite feeling, the rooms were really big and spacious, the bathroom was just stunning, the whole ambiance was just lovely.

This is exactly what a hotel stay should be, amazing service, fabulous rooms, great location and a quality restaurant/bar onsite.

Cannot find a single fault. The staff goes above and beyond. The rooms are super comfortable. The dark, toned down yet classy decor i found was very relaxing for me. The temperature control in the room was easy to follow. Had a nespresson machine. Amazing

5*hotel but no bath robes, slippers or shaving mirror. We had to ask for towels as only one in our room.

One of the most immaculate, well located, cleanest, best appointed, amazingly-staffed hotels I have ever stayed in. I seriously cannot fault the place. All the staff were exceptionally polite and helpful and attentive, without being intrusive either. Everything in the hotel was pristine. I can genuinely say it was perfect.

Organised an upgrade a week before. Was told in arrival that it wasn’t possible, abruptly. Had to show them my phone messages as evidence as it clearly hadn’t been actioned. Also added £50 on my card as a holding money for account still hasn’t been returned a week later

First time we’ve stayed here , and being relatively local, visit Newcastle often. The hotel is classy and comfortable, with brilliant staff . A few minutes walk to the Glasshouse and located on the quayside with some great restaurants and bars nearby. Parking was easy with hotel reserved parking at the rear of the hotel. Without a doubt, this will be our first choice for overnighters in Newcastle.
