We showed up early (2 hrs) and the staff was still able to accommodate us and hold bags. We got lucky in this…wouldn’t recommend planning for it. This is a small hotel (possible four rooms) but a fantastic value and comfort. The staff member was very polite and spoke good English to help us enjoy our stay in Kofu. Thank you!

Beautiful room, lovely staff/owners, and the cleanliness is exceptional. Very comfortable place to stay with a view of Fuji.

3名で宿泊しました。とても綺麗で、靴を脱いで家のように過ごせたのがよかったです。歩いて行ける距離にたくさんのレストランがありました。初めての無人チェックインに戸惑いましたが、パットで案内してくれるので無事完了できました。駐車場がとてもわかりにくかったです。入り口に手書きの案内図がありましたが、実際の距離感と少し違い戸惑いました。 それ以外はとても快適に過ごせたのでまた利用したいと思います。

If you’re ever in Kofu, this is the place to stay! Just a short 10 min walk from Kofu Station. Room was large and spacious, super clean. Seemed very new and modern with a nice touch of Japanese style living room. Beds were very comfortable. A/c worked great! Service was amazing, they helped us with our luggage and had it ready in our room when we checked in. Check-in was simple on an iPad (no receptionists). Can definitely reccomend!

駐車場がわかりづらかったです。

オフィスビルをリフォームした感じのホテルで、広くて快適でした。日差しが入る南向きの窓にトイレが（壁はあるものの）接していて、夏はちょっと暑いと思います。
