Great quiet place. Clean and comfy.

I will have to cancel my reservation for 8th -9th

We stayed 1 night. Staff was friendly. Booked the 3-bed room through expedia. The room was a little rough around the edges, and we were missing 1 bed. Our party ended up being 1 person less than expected so this wasnt a huge deal. Room description mentioned a microwave which there was not. The motel was still undergoing some renovations.

Clean and comfortable

Pros: the room had everything for our short simple stay. I liked heating boards (it was winter), not typical noise heat blowing machines. Cons: a bit weary bathroom, some mold on bath walls, sink faucet needed repair.

Disappointed the motel advertised a pool that is not open.

Love this motel. It was clean and the room was perfect after a day of skiing. Would stay here again!

Nice place. On the way to Sunday River. Locked my ski boots in room Owners answer right away.

The place is as clean as it can be. Very outdated. Checked in via phone never saw anyone, a note on the door with a number to call. Mary did a good job cleaning the room. I will probably not stay there again. Not what I expected.

I loved the motel! Very fun place. Like being in the woods. The people in the room next to me were a little sketchy and creeped me out, but the motel itself was lovely.

Warm and comfy stop. Liked the convenience of a mini fridge and micro in my room. Friendly and easy checking in and out.

Never met a person. Checking in was call this number and help yourself to the hidden key. Check-out was leave you key on the dresser. Very self-service. However, voice on the phone was friendly. Don't think this is a spa as adversied. I just needed a place to sleep. It was clean enough. However, TV did not work. somebody unplugged the cable. However, there was WifI. There were not any available plugs to charge my cell phone. I had to unplug something so to charge my phone. I was disappointed in the quality and lack of toiletries. Only provided a bar of little dry broken soap and shampoo. No hair dryer.

Good overall. The property is a little outdated, but is okay to stay one night.

Mattress was comfortable. Room had a covered-up smoke smell. People were supposed to smoke 20 feet away from building. There was a half hour or so of someone smoking pot where the smell came in room. Room was in need of updating! Pool was closed for renovation. There was a common refrigerator and microwave in hallway (would’ve been nice to have in room). Coffee maker in room with regular coffee only! No one in office to ask about decaf! The pattern of ceiling was spectacular…looks like it was done in spackling! Great, convenient location and with some updating, could be great one day. There were tarps on part of roof.

The Bed was comfortable and the room was clean.

Cobb Webs, no hot water in bathroom sink, 3 plug ins and they had a fridg, microwave, tv plugged in. Plugs wouldnt stay in light sockets. Ac was plugged in with an extension cord.There was a heat pump in the room , but it didnt work. There was a portable heater in the room. It smelled very musty.

Room smelled like stale cigarettes, poor lighting, hard bed, no available outlets. Room has not been updated since 1970. Had to hold toilet handle to flush, tub floor extremely slippery.

Ac unit was loud but worked. Pool was closed. Staff had a room ready for me despite a late arrival. Quiet.
