Restaurant services were very nice, staff at service were very soft spoken and supportive. But staff at reception were pathetic and arrogant, they think like as you owe to them and will give a damn to serve you. Rooms are very compact and suffocative, windows are opening in corridors. Cleanliness is good. Wi-Fi is also not so appreciative, intermittent disconnections you may find. Overall not recommended to stay.

The rooms were clean. The bathroom & toilet were average. The food at the restaurant was good. Benny Gomes (steward) was very helpful. There are two hotels with same name. One is Menino & other is Menino executive. There is no sign posting of the executive hotel.

The hotel is adequate for one night, but I would not recommend for more than one night. It is in a central location and is part of the Menino Trade Centre. My room was clean enough and it was fairly quiet. My double room was compact, but okay for one person. A couple should pay extra for a larger room, since the Deluxe Double Room would be too small for two people! The reception is not obvious and it does not have an obvious sign. The check-in process was polite, but not super friendly. There was confusion on whether I had paid, but this was eventually resolved. The breakfast was nice and the breakfast man was friendly and considerate. In terms of the negatives: 1) The window opens on to an internal corridor, so the room has limited natural light and the curtains have to closed for privacy. I felt a little trapped and enclosed. 2) They apparently offer free bottled water. I requested mine and I was given water that appeared to be tap water in a jug with an unsealed cap. I had to go out and buy my own branded sealed drinking water. The water might have been okay for locals, but not for foreign tourists like me. We are not used to the local water and we are advised to stick with branded sealed drinking water to avoid becoming sick! Overall, an adequate hotel in a central location for one night. Not great, but adequate for one night!
