Wonderful stay!

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. If you are someone who needs it to be quiet to sleep then staying in this area is not for you. I however, do not mind it and had a really good night sleep. The staff were really friendly, check in was easy, the beds were comfortable and it is in a great location. A nice touch would have been a kettle to enjoy a cup of tea or coffee on the balcony. The breakfast was made to order from a select menu and was tasty. I would stay here again.

It’s loud late night and bathroom was super dirty. Towels are really gross.

Pros: Right in the heart of Casco Viejo. A lot of restaurants and tourist spots close-by. Staffs are friendly and welcoming. Cons: Limited breakfast option. Loud at night due to parties especially on weekends.

They must not use Orbitz alot because they couldn't even find my reservation, had to wait 45 min to check in, then my room has no toilet paper or paper towels (found that out after dropping a duece) and then the shower didnt work either

Unbeatable location, excellent value if you don’t expect a lot, it’s just right and a place just to stay that is your place!

The location is very good. The staff was pleasant and the breakfast was good. On the negative side they should put new locks on the guests doors and I didn't like the temperature of the shower changing from warm to cold every few minutes.

If your traveling on a budget this is the place. No frills or thrill's. I personally would not stay there again. It's on one of the main streets in Casco Antiguo lots of noise.

Location and value is the strongest factor, with staff a close second. Breakfast was fresh, but starts at 0730, a factor on excursion planning. No actual restaurant, besides hot breakfast. This place is a great base of operations, not a resort to lounge at. Bring your own shampoo, lotion, etc...no frills here; bathroom walls do not reach the ceiling, steam and sound move freely. Also, balcony is not guaranteed, regardless of 3rd party listings. Will choose again, but bring my own comforts.

Very nice staff and lobby area. However the rooms are far from being "boutique". Boutique hotels are known for their attention to details. Absolutely no amenities. Four white walls and an open face closet with 5 wire hangers. The bathroom didn't even a towel hook or a place to put my toiletries. I had to put my towel and clothes on the toilet seat so I could reach for them.

Centraly located. Close to 5 de Mayo metro and all buses.

Outside and lobby was very nice but i was disappointed in the room. Breakfast was not great, it was cold and it too too much time to get utensils.

Enjoyed my stay! Very noisy but that comes with being in the old town area. Staff was friendly, breakfast was good and location was GREAT!

The location is great but be prepared for a lot of noise. Breakfast was served and very good. The room needed some attention.

Our little balcony overlooking Casco Viejo was the highlight of our stay. We spent a lot of time there people watching.

Great location, however, literally next door is an outdoor roof top disco with loud dance music until 4am on Fri & Sat. So if you don't go to sleep until 4am great location. If not find another hotel. We read many reviews and no one mentioned this...hmmm.

Superb location, friendly staff, highly recommend only negative the late night noise from the nearby all night disco would not suit all. Otherwise wonderful

You do get what you pay for. This place had a decent bed, AC, and a shower. That is really it. We did have some issues getting towels and the shower was not clean, but for the price in the neighborhood, it still worked out fine. Think of it as a two star type of property. If you don't plan on spending any time in your room other than sleep, it will still work out ok for you.

While it was very clean and the staff were friendly and helpful,the room was quite small and cramped and my window opened onto a small lobby directly opposite another room. I hadnt noticed that breakfast is included so i went out but my friends said it was fine. .The location is perfect.
