We have enjoyed our stay at Ramada Bucharest Otopeni Airport Hotel. We liked the friendly staff, comfortable rooms, amenities. The location of the hotel, very close to the airport is a plus.

The staff was friendly and helpful, very clean hotel, exceptionally good breakfast.

It was very convenient to the airport with early morning service. The restaurant had a very good menu; something for everyone.

Great business hotel, short ride from OTP airport (15mins approx. depending on traffic of course). Check in was smooth, reception team was polite, quick and efficient. We booked 2br suite (2adults and 2 kids). The suite was well furnished and had A/C controller for each of the bedrooms and living room. Overall cleanliness was good, carpet could have been vacuumed better. We had some small flies/gnats swarming from the drains in the bathroom, and some flying insects in the bedrooms. We left the drains covered overnight. Room was overall nice- soundproofing left something to be desired. Restaurant in lobby area was nice. Server and Bartender were nice and engaging. Food quality was excellent (presentation, taste profile). The service though left something to be desired. Table was not fully set (compared to nearby tables). Appetizers and hot entrees were delivered at the same time, crowding the table and allowing the hot entrees to get cold. Breakfast was rich and setup was nice. The young gentleman working at breakfast was very polite and efficient. Considering we only saw him, not sure how it is when the breakfast room gets busy (clearing, resetting tables, etc.) but since we were among the first, food and table presentations were excellent. The hotel employees young and enthusiastic staff who were very polite. I presume with proper guidance and supervision they can deliver even better service quality. Overall, we are very satisfied with our short stay.

The hotel was comfortable and convenient. About one minute by car from the airport with transportation to the airport available for a small fee. The breakfast was excellent and our dinner at the restaurant was enjoyed by all. This excellent hotel experience followed a very disappointing hotel experience elsewhere so it was appreciated even more.

The stay served us well as we had a very early flight. The property is not the best. The lobby is shiny the rooms have been updated but the windows have not. The seals have been broke and the humidity has stained them so bad you cannot see outside. In our room multiple outlets were broken . They stay was fine - no frills. But for the price it is not up to what I was expecting.

Lovely hotel and a free upgrade cause we mentioned it was our 10th wedding anniversary which was a nice touch

We chose this hotel for its location, only 1.5 klm from the airport - brilliant location. Rooms are very spaces, clean, bed is excellent, great water pressure for the large walk in shower. Check in staff were efficient and knowledgeable, lobby bar is professionally managed and at a high standard. Hotel restaurant is very good - chefs and waiter are on point. The room tiny (mini) fridge is not effective…it simply does not cool, at least to my expectations. we’d stay here again -100%, lovely experience.

Stay was excellent. Staff members are super polite. Room is cleaned daily. It's very beautiful and quiet. They offered a complimentary breakfast because of my birthday and their food is also amazing

Efficient, easy access to airport. Shuttle, breakfast at extra cost. Nice dinner menu options and good Romanian wine. Friendly staff, nice room.

Thank you so much for making our stay special! Special thank you to the kitchen and bar staff that stayed until late for us for my friend’s birthday dinner. The food was FANTASTIC! And to the bar man Bogdan and his other colleague that kept our drinks flowing, you are GREAT! Exceptional even! Thank you!

We had a relaxing weekend, they have the best food!

Group of 7 weekend trip split across 3 rooms. Overall we had a pleasant stay in a very beautiful decorated hotel. Rooms exceed our expectations considering it’s only ranked at 3 stars. The 2 men at reception were very welcoming and friendly on our arrival. Hotel and rooms were very clean, good overall location (5 mins to Therme Spa) and close to local shops and the city. Room sizes were good- dressing gown, slippers, water bottle available on arrival. Beds pretty comfortable and the pressure of the shower was great. Breakfast was also good- only suggestion is that they can consider adding some baked beans to their selection. The shuttle service was reliable and prompt. Hotel wasn’t busy for us thankfully. Summer period may differ. The free WiFi worked well. The only negatives we had was, one of the rooms we booked was for 3 people and only 2 body towels were available on arrival. Not a big deal because we requested for 1 extra but, when you’re flying in late and tired, you just want a smooth experience. Also, the bigger room (apartment) was pretty cold. Turned up temperature but, nothing seemed to make a difference. The tea bag tray in the room wasn’t re-filled and the safe also wasn’t working in one of the rooms. Overall, highly recommend
