I recently had the pleasure of staying at Cinnamon Life Hotel - City of Dreams, and I must say, my experience was nothing short of extraordinary. From the moment I arrived, the exceptional customer service set the tone for my visit. Every team member I interacted with demonstrated an impressive level of attentiveness, care, and kindness. Upon check-in, I was warmly greeted by Bhagya at the reception. Her attentiveness and thorough explanations of the hotel’s facilities made navigating this expansive property a breeze. I was fortunate to be upgraded to a Sea View room, which was a delightful surprise and added to the overall enjoyment of my stay. Dipali, the Guest Relations Executive, truly went above and beyond. She took the time to personally escort me to my room, explaining all the amenities and answering my numerous questions with genuine enthusiasm. Her passion for hospitality was evident in the way she greeted each guest with respect and warmth. This personal touch made my experience memorable and truly enjoyable. I also want to highlight Sanjay, the VIP Executive, who was incredibly attentive and accommodating. He assisted me with a late check-out, ensuring that my departure was as smooth and stress-free as my arrival. The kindness and care exhibited by the entire team made me feel valued as a guest, which is a rare experience in today’s hospitality industry. Special thanks to Sandu, dasun and kausha in restaurant for sharing Sri Lanka experience and helping identify the wide variety of vegetarian options available at breakfast and dinner buffet. Location and ocean view amazing.
