Our family of four was very happy in this clean, comfortable and conveniently located place.

Hotel states it has AC but the rooms are very hot and no ventilation. If you state you have AC you need to allow more flexibility in the setting or provide a fan in the room. Also anti in the room especially the family room would be beneficial. Even just a tv to be able to stream ones on streaming service.

The staff was super friendly and helpful at check-in and also with access to laundry a bit later in evening. Rooms were quiet, clean and modern. Location beside Slussen station was very convenient for transportation to all areas of Stockholm via bus and tunnelbana. Shared fridge was useful for keeping some breakfast items for us.

My first City Box stay and it was great. Nice, modern room with air conditioning and on site laundry. Great location within walking distance to Stockholm's old town other tourist attractions.

Clean, convenient and quiet. We enjoyed our brief stay. The lobby was great for working and the staff was very friendly. Easy checkin and out.

The room was spotless and I appreciated the minimalistic design. The property is well-maintained and the staff is very helpful. As someone with a bad back, I am very particular about the quality of bed/mattress and I can report that is was an extremely comfortable sleep. Also, the water pressure is great. I really appreciated the location of the hotel as a first time visitor to Stockholm. It is right next to the train station and the perfect location to explore the city. Tusens tack!

Our stay was great. The beds were very comfortable. The hotel was conveniently located with easy access to the subway and ferry systems. Having a room without windows was a learning experience and would probably avoid that in the future. Overall, a great value hotel.

Great

I was looking for a lowkey, no hassle place to stay on a solo trip. The check in was super easy using the kiosks, stayed in a windowless room and it was clean & comfortable, and the location was perfect for excursions in sodermalm, gamla stan, catching the ferry to djurgarden, and to central station. I needed some extra towels and it was easy to get from the onsite staff who were very friendly.

Location Location Location, very walkable to most places

The property is surrounded by a years-long major road construction project. Thus it is utterly inaccessible by car or taxi. This is not in any way communicated by the management. And there are no signs near the temporary "gangplank" to the hotel to indicate that one is going in the right direction. This complete lack of necessary communication is unacceptable! In my case, it resulted in two hours of wandering and an added taxi expense. Once inside, the hotel clerk was outstandingly helpful and friendly and the room was clean and comfortable. But the irresponsible behavior of the management cannot be forgiven or ignored. I must recommend not staying at this property!

No windows were great so was able to sleep amazing.

Very clean, good customer service, self check in , very close to old town and great views from outside the property since there no windows, overall good stay.

Room was as described. New building so very comfortable. Shower pressure was good. The room we had didn’t come with kitchen or washer or dryer. Was very central location, very close to old town and very walkable. Close to the fairy too. Easy transit. No outside noise even though construction was going on out front. I did have an issue that I paid via a third party and they still charged us again when we checked in. We were able to sort it out once we noticed but it took a couple of calls and a couple of in person conversation to the front desk. It was resolved but inconvenient. Also, the Host reception is a bit hidden and took us a minute to figure out what to do.

No access code or booking # for entry to check-in on the machine. We thought there should be somebody to respond the check-in process.

Terrific location. Walking distance to Galla Stan. Nearby neighborhood in Soedermalm was great too. We stayed in a room without a window, but it wasn’t strange at all. The lighting was good. Appreciated the phone chargers shelves in the bunkbeds. The beds were soft. The whole hotel was quiet despite being next to a construction project. The lounge was simple but functional. The staff was great about letting us get an early check in which we loved. Only complaint is that the shower half wall doesn’t do a great job containing shower splash. I would def stay here again.

Modern minimalist environment. Lots of construction taking place all around took away from the experience. Difficult to find. Furnishings were adequate.

Became a city box friend so I could have a later check out on my room but it obviously didn’t work because the staff opened the door 2 hours early while I was in bed 😬👍
