Good facilities in the room refrigerator etc. No bar but numerous pubs etc close by .

The room was adequate for the price and the location is very convenient; it was a shame neither bar nor restaurant were open but we were aware of that in advance of booking. The car park is very small, and the blue badge space taken by someone not holding a blue badge, which was frustrating. We also discovered a hypodermic needle full of medication (nothing illegal!) had been left on top of the mirror in our room. The room was very hot, so do be aware in warm weather that whilst there was a fan, there is no air conditioning and the window does not open far.

Basic rooms but clean and tidy. Heritage oak beamed public areas in Central highstreet location. Onside parking free and accessible but not ideal for very large SUVs or vans. No restaurant or breakfast facilities but there are Greg's and chain pub restaurants in the same street within a 2.minute walk

False advertising. It states to have a bar a restaurant for breakfast but it’s closed indefinitely. This was the whole reason I booked it. If I hadn’t already paid online I would have left and found alternative accommodation. In the very small very hot room there were only two clothes hangers. The bathroom had no rails to hang towels when wet. It would have been nice to have a couple of glasses to drink from. All in all deeply disappointed. Do not stay unless you just want a very basic room.

Booked a double room and got a bunk bed with one double size at the bottom and 2 single beds - far from ideal. No bar or restaurant as they are undergoing a refurb.

Staff friendly parking good no need for a bar loads of bars close by .

Dirty flea ridded place! Wet bedding, dirty carpet, dusty smelly room. Windows don't open. Cold shower, no sink plug or glasses or tea spoons in room. Tiny towels. Rickety old broken bed. No bath mat. Rubbish bin over flowing in reception! Wouldn't let my dog sleep here.

tv room didn't work tried three different remote controls, either working, asked several times if someone could look at tv no one came, very noisy on night, with doors banging, smoking outside drugs which no one seemed care about, no way run hotel,or hostel would be more like it

This is a no frills hotel but it’s all you need for a night or two stay, it’s clean, beds comfortable, shower was lovely and they put towels and a soap n shower gel new with your towel set. We never used the towels as I always like to bring my own from home. Kettle and coffee n milk jiggers and two cups and there was a full size fridge in the room and a tv on wall. Location is fantastic, as said all you need is a clean place to sleep and shower. Over all a good stay for the night as was going to The River Rooms to see a bad.

Bar area going through a refurbishment but overall good for a stop over, limited parking.

The staff were friendly. The room was very basic, which I don't mind as we got a cheap offer. The window was broken (had a butter knife to keep it open) and opened only to a maximum of 20 cm, and it was around the corner, so we were boiling inside (no air con). Would've been nice to have mattress protectors on the beds, as the sheets kept coming off, and there was a bare mattress underneath.

Great value, especially considering the location. Room was simple & clean. Another bonus was convenient on-site parking.

The Room stank of stale tobacco, when I checked in I was told numerous times that the rooms were strictly non smoking, it didn't help all the rooms look onto the smoking area of the hotel but the smell in the room was not just from outside. The Pillows were Paper thin and at 6:30am I was awoken by staff talking extremely loud outside the window. (The window had to stay open due to be it being a very warm night)
