Lovely view from the window of the gardens and easy parking

Location was perfect

Lovely clean room and excellent location

Nothing but issues. No check-in info provided - had to call 10 times to finally get through to anyone to access my room. Issues with receipts, wrong info provided. Still awaiting refund for security deposit, nobody answers the phone!

The room was clean and tidy however it was unbearably hot due to a lack of air con and alrhough a fan was provided it could not deal with the heat in the room. There was no fridge to keep water cold and milk from going off, . In the bathroom the toilet seat was really loose and the sink is so tiny it was impossible to have a wash. We had a shower on the first day and with no non slip mat I almost fell over. Towels were provided which we used for showering but when we asked for fresh towels the next day we were told thar there would be a £10 charge for them. We have stayed in hotels, guest houses and b&bs all over the world and this is the first time we have ever been asked for money to change the used towels for fresh . We dont think that we would stay there again unless there were significant improvements.

The property had no reception, used key code system and only one key to get in and out so could not go separately out of building. Was asking to ring them prior to going as we had booked through Expedia to complete information, rang 5 times but no response and ended up going down uncertain as to whether we actually had a booking. Had to go to other harbour place and phone the cleaners number who actually contacted a lady who took info needed

Great location, perfect base to explore Saundersfoot and easy access to the beach and town. Would recommend

Amazing location with clean comfortable rooms. Parking is not included so be aware if that if you are on a budget, but as you are in the harbour, there's loads of parking. We paid £15 for 24 hours. There are other car parks that are cheaper. Will certainly return and stay again.

Good location. Clean rooms but says car parking which there was but had to pay £30 for 48 hours parking in public carpark

The room was clean and had every thing you needed. Excellent location. Parking in the car park was £15 for 24 hours. Check in was fine with the key code . Would stay here again and would recommend it

Room 14 lovely and spacious with a comfy bed

Room was clean and warm. Ideal spot in the heart of the harbour. The only thing I would advise would be to have black out curtains as we were in a room overlooking the harbour. Will certainly stay here again.
