We loved our stay. Our flight was delayed, but thanks to the automated check in process we were able to get into the room very late. I think the only thing that needs to mention is that the room overlooks to the other building and to be able to enjoy the sea view you have to sit in the specific angle. There was four of us so we been “fighting” for that spot :) The pool is quite small, but it was not busy there. Overall we really enjoyed the stay.

Currently staying here. Room is very spacious for the four of us. Rooms are immaculate and great facilities. Location is perfect and the host was attentive to any questions. We will be booking again.

I had a wonderful stay at this penthouse apartment. The accommodation was clean, modern and very comfortable with everything I needed for a relaxing trip. The space was well maintained and felt high quality throughout. The rooftop terrace with the jacuzzi was the highlight of the stay and made the experience feel really special. The apartment also had a smart TV and all the facilities worked perfectly. Overall it was a beautiful place to stay and I would happily recommend it to anyone looking for a luxury experience.

We cannot rate this place enough it was fantastic!! We stayed on the third floor 43b and it was so clean and well maintained. We spent many hours in the hot tub which was also very clean. We loved the area for beach walks and evening strolls. We were so sad to leave and cannot wait to book another stay. The reception staff were always on hand and so lovely and welcoming. If you want a relaxing, and comfortable stay then this place is for you! Wonderful location, staff and facilities!!

Couldn't fault this place.It is amazing!! From the size to the apartment to the pool. The only few things i would say is the cleaning ladies enter your apartment if you dont anser the door which happened twice wirh us.The tv isnt a smart tv it just has channels no apps. The property is amazing with a great few of the sea, and the owner is very nice with excellent customer service. Definitely would come back again!!

I came to stay in low season in May after a city break in Alicante city. I found Villa Joyosa to be really nice quiet and peaceful. The hotel is located in a really great location about 5 mins walk from the beach. The room was really clean and fitted to a great standard. I really appreciate the small finishing touches like Rituals amenities in the bathroom. The place its self is really clean and modern and seems to be newly refurbished with a great style. They even have Porcelanosa shower and toilet/sink (expensive fittings). I really appreciate the place and would love to stay again. Easy to check in and out with passcode access and the owner was really great with communication - available on WhatsApp and quick to reply. I can’t fault the hotel or location all was great. I even asked to extend my stay an extra day due to a late flight and they were more than accommodating. Overall a 10/10 stay and super pleased I picked this place. - I’m a little bit of a hotel snob so this place rates highly in my standards!

Communication with the host was excellent, extremely friendly and helpful service. The property was immaculate and very reasonably priced. We would certainly return in the future.

Amazing service

The hot tub was a nice touch.

We had booked an apartment that was supposed to come with a hot tub, however when we were given our apartment there was no hot tub. We raised this issue with the hotel management and they claimed that we were incorrect. I sent them the apartment specification we had booked but they continued to claim we were wrong. Eventually they conceded that the description on the website was incorrect. We did not receive any apology or compensation. We contacted Hotels.com about the issue and they said they would contact the hotel about the issue but I have nothing further. The apartment was adequate and clean but just not what we had booked. We could not use the air conditioning as there was a really bad smell of fish. The pictures of the pool are very misleading on the website. It is tiny and there are only 4 sunloungers and some other seats in really tiny area around the pool. I would not recommend staying here.

A great property and a resulting lovely holiday . Location to beach and town is superb and the nearby bar, coffee shop and supermarket made everything complete. Communication was an area where improvement is needed alongside more regular cleaning of room. Despite this brilliant and highly recommended

The apartment was in a great location on the edge of town but within easy walking distance. Check-in was done on-line and was simple. The staff were extremely helpful and courteous. The rooms themselves were spacious and clean with good views of the sea. We'd certainly book again.

Lovely apartment well decorated, on a quiet street which is great as all external noise can be heard. Very clean, staff polite, friendly and accommodating as was able to check in early and depart late. Only suggestion would be to have someone on reception even a couple of hours a day though Jose was extremely quickly to respond to any enquiries! Thank you
