Overlooking the beach, nice personnel and close proximity to bars and buses.

Likes: friendly and helpful reception and cleaning staff, really well located by Ondaretta beach and the lovely promenade and gardens. Modern and clean. Options for all-day dining in the cafeteria as well as local restaurants and bars in Antigua. Pleasant walk to the Old Town and Centro. Would definitely recommend. Suggestion: a bit more opportunity to hang damp things up - a couple of door hooks would be useful.

For a hotel that is shown as 2-star, it is excellent - clean, quiet with a pleasant bar. A touch expensive, but well worth it

The hotel is opposite side of bay to old town. We walked, took the bus and even a taxi due to distance. The bed was not comfortable but better than most

Receptionist had no interest or personability and actually told us the wrong direction for the oldtown. It was a lot of money for one night in a 2 star. 167.50 including parking with no breakfast. It was a special occasion and we had a couple of requests...none met. On the plus side the housekeeper gets 5 stars and the shower was fine. It is close to the beach but at wrong for the oldtown. The food was basic but OK and priced well.

We had a beautiful view from our very comfortable room. Easy walk into San Sebastian. Also bus stop nearby. Definitely not a 2 star hotel. I highly recommend. Easy parking. Great customer service.

We stayed at this hotel for one night as our flights were delayed for a day.It was a pleasant surprise with very friendly and helpful staff. Wonderful location right at the beach. We wished that we had selected to stay here for our whole duration of stay.

Great hotel! We felt like we were in a four stars hotel! Very neat and clean! The beach is just steps from the hotel sand the funicular to take amazing pictures from the beach and city is 3 minutes walking! They have parking in the site for 16 euros. We love their restaurant, the food is excellent and they are open till late. We got there around 11 and they had open kitchen. It is very convenient. You have to walk to the other side to the beach if you want to do shopping or entertainment. Excellent price for the room and food. Great service!
