Place I did pay for 5 days and wend I get to there they did not have rooms. I was really desapoited whit expidia. To sponsor this place I can said is terror

Excellent sleeping pods, great shower. Friendly helpful staff. The location is simply superb. Five minute walk from Atocha train / subway station.

Ubicación estratégica, muy bien conectada a todo madrid y aeropuerto, instalaciones funcionales y ambientes agaradables, el staff muy amable y tuve apoyo inmediato cuando tuve preguntas… para ser un hostal la limpieza es buena pero la ventilación no lo es del todo en las habitaciones, en ocasiones se encierra el olor, la extracción de olores debe de mejorar o bien la ventilación de habitaciones. Por lo demás todo muy ameno. Recomendadisimo.

Very happy with my stay here especially for my first solo trip! Staff were welcoming and helpful whenever I had any questions! They offer a meet and greet with a free drink a great way to meet new people from around the world. The rooms and beds were clean however I think what stops me from giving it a true 10/10 is the lack of air conditioning which then creates a slight foul smell in the rooms. The rooms are somewhat small with very little ventilation where it makes the rooms feel very humid and smell like the bathroom. The bathrooms have a wooden mesh like floor that is risen above the concrete and I think that’s what adds to the slight ball smell in the rooms. Other than that I enjoyed my stayed.

The amount of beds in the hostel was a bit much for my preference but relatively clean and quiet.

Great choice to stay at if you are traveling alone!

As hostels come this was very nice. 3 euro for towel. 3 euro for lock for drawer space in room. Reminder to bring your own so you dont have to pay. Very cool stair area that leads to their theatre type club hangout area

Location is perfect as it is close to the Atocha train station. Seina Sofia and Prado museums as well as the Retiro park. Some people may prefer to live close to the very busy area (gran via). The place is very well maintained. I would like to stay here again if I ever visit Madrid again. Breakfast is really good, not super fancy but offer many options and good quality. It is great to have a big breakfast before starting walking for almost a whole day.

Great location near the main train and bus station and key museums Prado, Queen Sofia and Thysenn-B…. Great place, w elevators, 4 bunk with shared br was great - comfortable, clean. Basement has tables, kettle and microwave, (breakfast at attached bistro for 9 euros;) Tuesday night was an open mic type event with 6 musician s and bar. Towels for rent. Definitely a return place.

Friendly staff, nice bunks with electrical outlets. Clean well run and an excellent location - a few minutes walk from the train station. Recommended.

Great location just steps awhile from central station forgot the taxi just walk around the corner not even 5 minutes and your there. The Prado Museum, Retiro Park and the center highly recommended

Excellent place to stay,

I love the hostel. It is right next to the Atocha train station (there is a back route to the train station to avoid the busy intersection). I stayed at a dorm for four women. Room is clean and quiet (4th floor). The bed is steady with two USA plugs and personal light), which is very convenient details. The staff were very nice and helpful. I left for Toledo for one night and had difficulty locating a storage place. Luis and Milien were very helpful to allow me to store my luggage overnight for free that I don’t have to haul my luggage away and back for another two nights. That was huge help. One thing concerning is the lock. One morning when I was to leave and found out the door is not locked after the previous one left. I studied the lock and found out that the bolt is quite sensitive that it popped after the door touches the frame but not fully closed quickly, which ended up stop the door from being fully closed. It might help to remind all guests to pull the dock quickly and firmly to make sure the door is fully locked before they leave. Other than that, my Latroupe Prado stay had been great. I have two more nights. Hopefully they are as great!!

Everything about this hostel, from location, amenities, and staff, made it one of the memorable parts of my trip.

The hotel staffs were very helpful and friendly, and the room was comfortable and clean. The only issue was that we couldn't turn on the air conditioner (it was locked), and the room was quite stuffy at night.

The accommodations and the staff were awesome. We are looking to stay there again real soon.
