Me encantó el lugar, súper nuevo, creo que recién remodelado los pisos súper lujosos con travertino y mármol y granito, hermoso, todos los utensilios de cocina, listos para poder cocinar, refrigerador impecable, tenían hasta destapa corchos, ollas, sartenes, desafortunadamente no cocinamos, pero hubiera sido buena opción, un comedor para 4 personas, Había muchos mosquitos porque acababa de llover, con un insecticida hubiera sido perfecto, Estaban remodelando y la alberca no estaba en servicio, el desayuno continental de cortesía muy atinado, fue bueno tooooodo..

Amazing ng property with great location. Close enough to any chaos you might crave but quiet and peaceful with some great restaurants and small stores to provide for any short term needs. Clean and an amazing staff!

Really unique and cool hotel in a nice, safe area. The staff was great and very helpful. The pool was a little underwhelming, but they did the best they could with the space they have. Lots of restaurants and shops within walking distance.

Nice stay. Wonderful hosts and staff. Big room. A bit off the main area, so quieter, but helps to have a car. Would stay again.

There was mold smell in the room we stayed and because of that one of our child fell ill, it spoiled our holiday mood. We preferred to stay outside as long as possible and returned to the hotel only to sleep and bath. We will never book this property again for our stay in Tulum. Staff and service was good and I appreciate that.

our rooms are spacious and comfortable. The kitchenette is useful . The little pool is nice after long day outings All in all it's a great place to relax.

The room was very clean and that's always number one prerequisite. The staff who received us was very patient as we didn't know a lot of things and asked many questions. I didn't understand why we had to pay more for one more person, as the room had two queen side beds and we were able to bring another friend along. That was not right, but it's not the staff's fault. The check out person spoke Argentinian Spanish and we could not understand a word she said, and she seemed to get bothered easily. She didn't know what I was talking about, when I asked about my receipt and we went back and forth explaining what a receipt was. This is all in Spanish, since I'm bilingual. I liked the hotel very much, the room service gentlemen, in the morning, was very nice since we asked for more toilet paper. Overall, I would love to stay there again if the desk clerk can understand my Mexican Spanish, after all, we are in Mexico.

Property is in great condition. Cleanliness all thru out. Surrounding area is also clean, safe, pet friendly and walking distance to all your needs. Very relaxing.

We rented 2 rooms for 1 night. A quick stop over for the night in Tulum. The staff was very nice and the room was clean and comfortable. The area was also quiet. Excellent restaurants within walking distance. Would stay again.

The staff is amazing, very nice and responsive people. The room was clean, everything worked well. Amenities are amazing - there are coffee, tea and water in the lobby, the pool is good for refreshing. The location is perfect. I loved the neighborhood, there are a plenty of restaurants and coffeeshops, a farmer market every weekend. It’s easy to get to a beach and to the city center

Quiet and clean hotel in a walkable area with plenty of dining options.

Since before I got there they gave me directions on how to get there. Carlos was an excellent host very friendly and helpful at all times. Diana also great host always had fresh coffee for me. Overall totally recommend it.

Our stay was great! The room was clean, comfortable and quiet! Only 5 min driving from downtown. Staff is friendly!

We arrived at the hotel to find a little confusing to get inside because there was some construction in front so watch carefully for the small sign once you get inside and you have all the information required is very easy to get checked in and the staff is extremely pleasant and friendly, and the manager Deanna and her helpers Carlos, Carlos Carlos and Carlos are all really helpful. The rooms are well ordained and fairly well equipped I would’ve liked to spatula, but otherwise I still made the best sopa Limon that anyone’s ever eaten in the tiny hotel room, kitchen and the impossible location of Zama Tulum. Fabulous linens, great housekeeping, comfortable big patios rooftop fabulous swimming pool atrium area can’t beat it for the price.

Amazing to place to stay in Tulum. Tucked in a very quiet part of Tulum, with restaurants, coffee, bike rentals all within waking distance. And fairly close to the beach and downtown.

Absolutely wonderful stay and incredible customer service

First off Camilla was our tour guide daily. She had multiple local activities for us to do. She was extremely friendly and accommodating. Our room was amazingly comfortable and the balcony was a great place to hang out when we were not adventurizing! Comfortable rooms, nice bathrooms and all reasonably priced. Lovely hotel! I would recommend to anyone!
