¡Increíble experiencia! Siempre celebro los cumpleaños con una escapada, pero esta fue, sin duda, la mejor de todas. Quiero expresar mi más profundo agradecimiento a CRISTINA, cuya atención, hospitalidad y orientación hicieron mi estancia fuera simplemente inolvidable. Ella me ayudó a celebrar en grande y cuidar cada detalle. También quiero agradecer a Juan Carlos, quien como guía me llevó a descubrir logares poco conocidos, llenos de historia y belleza, y me compartió conocimientos que desconocía del lugar. Fue una experiencia única e inolvidable. La comida fue espectacular, deliciosa en cada bocado, y el personal del hotel, en general, fue increíble. Solo tengo palabras de gratitud para todos ellos. De seguro volveré pronto!

The property has been recently renovated and it’s beautiful. Also, the service was very good - everyone was so helpful!

Nice staff and clean

Marvelous hotel, rustic old ambiance, looks brand new, courteous and friendly staff. Located in the middle of everything, parking available for free about 2 blocks away, will definitely stay there again.

We should have called the hotel before getting too close so we could have parked more easily.

Their recommendation of Juan Carlos as a taxi service made the trip for us. He took us to Raquira and suggested a wonderful new terracotta park and the fossil museum. The next day he took us to the ancient observatory, Ponzo Azule, and an ostrich farm. The third day he drove us to San Gil. He was very patient waiting for us as we visited all the sites and offered explanations of the area. His rates are very resonable and cheaper and faster than taking the bus for 3 people. We booked 2 nights and left after one Expedia promote this location with no parking on site and no direct access by car Rooms have no windows

Service was great as was the location on the main plaza.

The hotel is colonial type beautiful hotel. Very very nice interior areas. Room was very comfortable. Limited electrical outlets. Room are around an interior patio the issue is that you can hear every one talking at any hour. I would suggest the hotel management ask their employees to keep their conversations at low volume. Overall it was a great stay and location is prime right on the major plaza. Would stay here again!!
