The room doesn't match the cover. You can reserve a double bed and get a single bed. There is no recommendation from the staff. Just hand over the key and walk to find the room yourself. That's bad. The staff said that the customer had reserved a cheap price. If they want it like in the review, they probably won't get it. I replied that it was not correct. When we booked, the room price was almost 700 baht per night from the day we checked in. The room price was reduced, we reserved a total of 3 nights. In the review, the standard room was very beautiful, but the actual room was terrible. 👎🏼In summary, you need to find a new hotel because the room condition is very bad, musty, no ventilation, no window. Overall, the condition of the room and the service of the staff are bad. In conclusion, we paid for a free room for 3 nights without staying and didn't get it. Refund, we chose to pay again at a new hotel to get a convenient, clean and safe room. We came to rest and wanted to buy happiness and peace of mind. We didn't regret the money we paid, but we felt disappointed with the room and the poor service of the staff. That is, throw everything into the app, such as asking to remove the posted image and then asking to post the actual image, the app won't change it for you. Our booking and payment that the hotel could not refund was because the app had not paid at all. We had to wait 15 days -1 month to receive money from the app. In summary, we don't want a refund at all, but the room and service should be improved.
