I’ve stayed here several times since the property opened and I’ve never had an issue. It’s clean it’s comfortable. It’s quiet and it’s convenient as it is located right next to the Thruway or I 90. But during this 8 night stay, I had asked four different times for toilet paper. The room only started with a half roll and another spare. I sent two messages through the send message to hotel portal, called twice speaking to somebody, and then saw somebody and asked them as well. For four days, I had no toilet paper. I ended up purchasing my own. Then I asked about the garbage because I was here for eight nights. They said they have the guests bring out their own garbage to the dumpster in the back. No problem I can do that, but they don’t provide any extra garbage bags. So I went and bought myself garbage bags. I’ve never experienced this side and it made me very aggravated. As this is a work trip and I work usually around 10 to 12 hours per day not including travel. And it was 9 shifts straight. So to have to deal with this, it’s just is very upsetting.
