The hotel staff were generally friendly and helpful, making a good first impression. However, there were several aspects of the facilities and cleanliness that needed improvement. For example, towels were only available around 9:00 PM WIB, which was certainly less than optimal for guest comfort. While the rooms were quite comfortable, their cleanliness standards were inadequate. Trash was found piled up on the balcony, and there were indications that the sheets and blankets hadn't been changed, as evidenced by footprints on the blankets. Furthermore, the pillows smelled less than fresh, possibly due to traces of previous guests. The lighting in the room was also suboptimal, with only one lamp functioning. Overall, improvements in cleanliness, amenities, and room maintenance could significantly improve the quality of the stay.
