The staff was friendly, which was fine. But the room's AC wasn't cold, it was hot.

The water flow is a bit slow, and the bathroom glass is a bit see-through, so it's not very comfortable.

My husband doesn't like the strong fragrance in the room 🙏🏻. Regarding the food, yesterday's soto wasn't hot and the tempe mendoan 😔. There were no other problems & what we liked most was that the security guard Yach was very friendly 👍🏻

The hotel staff was friendly and helpful during check-in. The location is strategically located near Pasar Senen Station, only about a 10-minute walk away. The room was clean and comfortable. However, the family room I booked only had one glass. Ideally, a family room should have at least two glasses so you don't have to wait for long to make hot tea or coffee.
