I didn't end up staying. The hotel (Alton) confirmed that they didn't open the Traveloka booking service. It turned out that only students who were still in class were opening the rooms.. and finally I didn't end up staying because I was embarrassed by the staff and when I applied for a refund, Traveloka refused.
