The beds were very comfortable and the breakfast was good.

The breakfast was nothing spectacular. Our tv didn’t work in our room. Very disorganized staff. We came with a big group and we all seemed to have issues with deposits and extra charges. I wasn’t too impressed. The only positive of the weekend trip at this hotel was the hot tub and pool.

Clean hotel and comfy bed - that’s about it. No coffee or hairdryers in the rooms. Kind of felt like a dorm. Very sparse. A kids’ lacrosse team was in town and kind of took the place over.

Overall the renovations made the space feel very fresh, clean and bright. The continental breakfast was standard, but quite good and we appreciated the fresh fruit of bananas and clementines. The included Wi-Fi is fairly slow, however. Good for mobile phone browsing but had difficulties connecting via VPN for work related reasons on laptops. They do offer a parent higher speeds if you are part of their point system, it was not able to test this. Pool area is clean, they did run out of towels as they had a lot of children staying they said which seems a bit unusual.

Everything was perfect

It was a nice hotel but my only complaint was the breakfast area was not keep clean and the elevator needed a good cleaning on the walls and floor.

One year old property. Great spot to stay if you need Guelph access. Easy parking. Chucks Roadhouse across the street for an easy (decent) spot for a quick bite or cocktail

Absolutely enjoyed are girls weekend. The room was spacious fridge and freezer was so hand for ice cream sandwiches. The staff so friendly and helpful. Pool and hot tub perfect temperature. They gave us an early check in and late check out with no issues. We will absolutey be back thank you to the team in Guelph at Spark Hilton

If ur looking for a clean room and comfy bed and pillows, this is a good choice. I however was expecting a bit more with a suite as this was my respite weekend so I went for rest and relaxation. The heating unit was so loud I felt like I was next door to a big construction truck on idle all day and night. And why have a kitchenette if there are no dishes or cutlery. Why have a sink when there is no soap or dishcloth. If u want a tea or coffee it’s not in your room, you have to go to the lobby. So no grabbing a cup of tea if u can’t sleep in the middle of the night. There are better hotels for the money that I have stayed at.

The hot tube was perfectly hot, the pool refreshingly cooler. The breakfast was ideal, boiled eggs, assorted fresh fruit, yogurt toaster station with an assortment of breads and cereal station hot and cold. Coffee and tea cart was stocked with anything you'd need. Condiments for everything. Rooms were clean and restocked as needed. Staff txt you to see if you need any assistance. The front desk staff Nazila went above and beyond to print out a much needed playbook for our sons tryouts. We would book again! Thank you Nazila!

Good things: Clean room, smell nice, staff is ok. Breakfast was extremely poor and lack of options. No hot breakfasts, just bagels. Overall thank you guys !
