The view was awesome, very clean and private !

Everyone from young lady at check-in, Eriberto in the restaurant, and the maintenance worker, were amazing, polite, and very responsive. The rooms were clean and I felt very safe at the property. I will definitely be back again!

The state was great. We love this property. We’ve been here several times, but there’s always an issue with customer service at night. We had issues with the Wi-Fi in the room. I try calling customer service through the app. WhatsApp this was the way we communicated with this property, but no one seem to answer until the next day around 10 AM. Don’t get me wrong. I do think they need to work and their customer service, all this does not affect the overall experience that we had. It was amazing. We love the view and the room. I definitely recommend it.

Very peaceful

Great atmosphere, so far one of the best hotels in Valle. At the beginning. I was a little skeptical, but when I got to my room, I realized that I made a great decision by booking here, Beautiful view, Great staff. The Hotel is just beautiful

This is now my go-to hotel when I stay in Valle. It is right off the main road, so no long dirt roads. The rooms are secluded, the staff are extremely friendly. 20 out of 10.

Beautiful, safe, quiet

1000/10 recommend !! The location of the hotel is very convenient, it’s in the middle of Valle De Guadalupe close to wineries/restaurants. The hotel was very flexible, they allowed us to check in at 1pm and gave us complimentary drinks when checking in. We stayed in the hotel cabin “Chihuahua” the one with a jacuzzi and it was an AMAZING experience, we were very relaxed .The place is very beautiful we are already planning to go back for my birthday.

Property was well equipped and designed with a modern architectural style. Price is a bit elevated but well worth the tranquility. Staff brought bundles of firewood and helped set the jacuzzi just right.

Dusty furniture. Loud noise from private party outdoors restaurant went on til 4am. Shower temperature either scorching hot or freezing cold. Restaurant service was terrible. Many servers/staff all around. They looked at us & didn’t greet us or even acknowledge us. We waited 35 minutes for our drinks after being seated. They never came nor did they ever take our order. We left after 45 minutes of sitting their with no food & no drinks.

Supero por mucho nuestras expectativas, excelente servicio, habitaciones muy bonitas, privadas, hermosas vistas, no dejen de visitar el restaurante del resort, esa fue otra buena sorpresa, la ubicación del complejo es muy buena y accesible, cuentas con todo lo que necesitas sin perder esa esencia del estilo Baja.

Estuvimos en Baja California Sur, súper bonito, limpio y cómodo. El personal de lo más amable. Sin duda alguna regresamos sin dudar.
