The swimming pool was also clean and a plus if you wanted to relax in the afternoon. The cafe area in the lobby was quite convenient for having a drink or resting for a while before going out.

Because I arrived a bit early by bus, the staff were very enthusiastic in helping me with my luggage and lending me bicycles to explore the old town. All the staff, from receptionists to servers, were enthusiastic, attentive, and friendly. The hotel's ambiance was amazing, and especially the female staff member named Trinh – I give her a 10/10 for service! 😍
