The property was very clean and somewhat spartan but it was more than adequate for our use. We explored the island and did not remain in our room much. Biggest complaint would be that the cable for the TV was very erratic. The location is great and a short walk to the beach and some very hospitable local island bar/grills. I would not say this a 4 Star hotel in the US but for a remote island, it was excellent and the house staff who tidied up the rooms was excellent. I personally prefer this versus the Four Season's all inclusive experience as the island has a lot more to offer than just hanging around a posh resort.

Peaceful stay with a view of the ocean. Three minute walk to the beach. The unit is dated but immaculate and airy. There is no a/c but the constant breeze kept the rooms comfortable. We spent every morning (even rainy ones because the patio is deep) looking out at the crystal blue waters. Zenith, the housekeeper was super friendly and helpful- locating fresh lobsters for us from a local fishermen-she kept our place spotless. The beach is amazing with several little bars and restaurants to choose from although we cooked most nights. We stayed for two weeks and I was sad to leave

Clean basic accommodations near the stunning Shoal Bay East. Comfortable apartment, reasonably well equipped, with somewhat overgrown walking path to the beach. Incredible views off the deck, cooling ocean breezes, friendly on-premise staff with daily housekeeping available Mon-Sat. Would absolutely recommend for value accommodations on lovely Anguilla. Would stay again.

Really enjoyed my stay and plan to come again. My only suggestion is to consider installing AC units, nevertheless I was comfortable.

We had a great stay here! It's a 10 minute walk to one of the best beaches on the island. The staff were very attentive and kind. Great location.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Milly's Inn. Two slight drawbacks are lack of air conditioning and low water pressure. But everything else was great for our purposes. The sea breezes were fine for us in temperature that ranged from 78 at night to 82 during the day, regardless of rain. The queen bed was comfortable. The kitchen with full refrigerator and gas stove allowed us to prepare breakfasts and a few dinners, when we weren't enjoyed grilled foods on the beach. The biggest draw is the beautiful view of Shoal Bay across the flowery yard from each of the four units. The beach is a short walk down a path through two tunnels of trees. The reward is a perfect sugar-sand beach before an ocean varying from turquoise to emerald and darker farther. Few were competing for the sand in April. A handful of restaurants offer beach chairs and umbrellas for $10 -- or free if you're eating grilled snapper, shrimp kebab or barbecue chicken. Gwen's Reggae Grill at the other end of Shoal Bay has live music. This is the other end of the island from the more commercial areas of Mead Bay or Rendezvous Bay, but the island is only 13 miles long and 3 miles wide, so Blanchard's Beach Shack and Valley Bake Shop are a short drive away.

It was a nice quiet property. I liked the location and the lady that worked there was so polite and helpful with anything you need. I was wondering about not having ac in the room but it was nice with the windows open and the wind blowing through the curtains. It was never to hot and felt really nice at night. We had a great stay at millys and would stay again.

Very large, clean apartment stocked with drinking water and a great location just a minute's walk from the beach. Only thing missing that would have been nice was air-conditioning.

This is our second stay at Milly's Inn. We've come to think of it as our home away from home. It is just so comfortable and spacious. It feels so open and airy and the Anguilla breezes keep it the perfect temp, even without air conditioning. Fredrica, the housekeeper, greets us with a smile every morning. Apryl, the reservations manager, is always pleasant, professional, and quick to respond to any inquiries. And even though it is only a five minute walk to one of the best beaches on Anguilla (Shoal Bay East), the rates fit any traveler's budget. We are so thankful for this as, otherwise, we would not be able to enjoy this beautiful island and all it has to offer. This visit, we were able to bring friends to stay at Milly's as well. They loved Milly's as much as we do. They hope to be able to return for a longer visit next winter. Milly's has everything that matters to us. It has history (a quick Google search will give you the story of Milly herself, an amazing woman). It has spacious apartments (a real plus when so many places can feel so small, especially for longer stays). It has location (a short walk or drive from the best part of Shoal Bay East). And it has value (it costs a fraction of what the resorts charge). It's clean, well-equipped, local, and a short drive to a good market, a great bakery, and some other quality dining options. We truly love everything about it and it's no wonder we consider it to be our home away from home.

It's a stand alone building with 4 apartments. 110v outlets. No AC but I was upstairs and didn't need it, steady breeze all day and night. Nice beach 5 minute walk away. A handful of resorts with bars and restaurants but not a party place, very low key

This is an apartment with a full kitchen and a large balcony, on a hill about 300 yards from an amazing white sand beach. The beach has a cantina that rents umbrellas and chairs, and serves food throughout the day. This is a quiet beach (fifteen people on the busiest day) that every local we talked to said was their favorite on the island. A rental car is a must. The roads have no shoulders. Drive on the left.
