Beautiful and clean property. The room was modern and very spacious. The only issue was water pressure and intermittent hot water when showering but overall we really enjoyed our stay

It’s a good place for one night but lacks amenities and no restaurants close by. Staff is super helpful though. I did not like that they charged exorbitantly for water and coffee pods. Otherwise, room is clean and comfortable. We only stayed there the night before heading back home.

Good and Friendly staff. However, I don't think exploiting guests via transportation fees is good value add and should be regular practice. A good hotel and service should indeed do otherwise, as we are in your care. Charging 40usd for a trip that took 10mins to walk is very unfair. Also, please ensure bedsheets are clean, having dirty bedsheets isn't a good look for a hotel that should be a luxury hotel

Safe and clean

This hotel surpassed my expectations. It was clean and the area of the location was great. If you’re looking for a clean and well kept property, pick this hotel. It’s a couple minutes walk from the ocean and they have a cute cafe about a 2 min walk away.

Room was immaculate, modern and comfortable. Staff were friendly and welcoming. I would stay there again.

I wish I could leave 10 stars for The Palms. I was blown away by how caring and thoughtful the staff were. I was traveling solo for the first time ever and they helped me with transportation to and from the airport. Checking in and checking out was seamless. The environment was so peaceful, clean and dreamy. I felt like a princess staying there! The rooms are spacious and the pool area is perfect. It’s walkable to the ocean and great restaurants. I went to the Midtown restaurant and Lucca which were both a 6 min walk. Also, do yourself a favor and get a Swedish massage during your stay! I promise you will not regret it. Words can’t express how enjoyable my time was at The Palms!

This is a clean, newer facility with helpful staff. It's also a walkable location for exploring Belize City.
