Great property, staff, location and a perfect stay. We had prompt service for any of our needs. Highly recommend staying here!

The air conditioner was struggling to keep up with the heat due to the numerous vents but it did the job. Hot water would have been nice but really was not needed. Location was amazing and there is a bar/food literally 10 feet from the front door.

This unit had a pretty spacious living area with small kitchen. The bedrooms and bathroom were small but served the purpose for my family ( three of us). There was proper AC . The location was great, close to the split and with a beautiful view and walking distance to shops and restaurants. The host was very nice and responsive. They also run a nice cool out spot right across the lane. We stayed over Easter weekend and forgot how noisy it gets with events at the split with super loud music until late. Awesome place. The owner and his family were amazing. There's a bar, restaurant,and small beach just steps away and close to everything. Was my 2nd time staying there.

Great and safe accommodation on Caye Caulker. Easy walking distance to everywhere for a healthy walker. Host is very easy to communicate with. Strong wifi. Close to grocery stores, restaurants, and diving shops.

Loved the location, such an amazing place in the most convenient area right across from the beach. I could not of been happier with my stay in this little guest house. Everyone in the area was friendly and helpful as well, I have to note that I appreciated the cleanliness of the linen and the amount given it made a huge difference. The guesthouse is 3 min walk from the main road, The Split is less than 10 min walk I felt no need to rent a golf cart staying in this location.

We arrived at the property early and the owner allowed us to drop off our bags so we could enjoy the island.

Great location. Right in front of the dock where the boat we were diving off of lived. The AC units worked awesome!
