Clean. Ac unit was so loud and did not keep the room cool The room was very overpriced

Clean room and very friendly staff. Beautiful location close to everything traveller would need. The RIVA pub and restaurant was fabulous and excellent food and staff.

Will be staying here every time we have to visit the island. Great location, excellent customer service and clean.

Completely adequate place to stay.

Clean room, good staff and excellant breakfast. Air conditioning is old and works but not 5 star. Overall I would recomend this hotel to everyone as long as you have no problem with stairs as there is no elevator.

Breakfast food was underwhelming. Room a/c hard to adjust and set to 72. Great for climate action, not so great gor sleeping. Poor insulation between floors also meant that walking across floors woke up sleepers on lower floors.

Breakfast was basic but suited our needs. Room and view were really nice. Very clean and quiet.

We only stayed one night but absolutely loved the location. Easy parking and on the water next to lots of restaurants!

The jetted tub in our suite was very appreciated after a long day at dance competition!

-convenient location -good breakfast -comfy bed -mini fridge -My only complaint is no dressers. I had too live out of my suitcase for 4 days. Not the end of the world, but i do like to be better organized.

The room was clean and the staff were friendly and helpful.

The beds were very comfortable, and the view was great. The shower in our room did not work very well. It is definitely an older hotel and could benefit from some updating. It seemed a little pricey for what we got.

Beautiful waterfront view with clean room & comfortable bed. Nice & helpful staff. Good breakfast. 2 EV chargers available to use after 6PM. 5* plus. ❤️❤️❤️, so definitely we will stay here again next visit.
