I had a great experience with El Xalli. The room we stayed in was great. The kitchen was well stocked, the rooms were large and the entire facility is well maintained. It was a bit far from venues but we Ubered to a lot of places which was fine. However, I would recommend fixing the entrance because a lot of ubers would nit drive up the hill. Other than that. It was great.

The apartments were lovely. We suffered a power outage and lost the food in our refrigerator. No offer was made to compensate. Pool and patio bar were wonderful. The pool beds needed cleaning. The service was very responsive. Limited food opportunities. The food was made and prepared at another hotel and took an hour to Arrive. The price was the draw to this hotel. There was value in the cost

Beautiful property, lovely pool and great staff!

We went as a small family with our 7 yr old daughter. The apartment was wonderful and had everything we needed (coffee maker, kettle, microwave, toaster oven, air fryer you name it). The place was super clean and the staff wonderful and super responsive. Would definitely recommend this place. We used Uber to get around and had no issues!

Stayed 7 nights at El Xalli Hotel and I really enjoyed my stay. Hotel was safe, comfortable and modern. The staff were very nice and helpful. I would definitely stay here again.

We loved our stay and our rooms! Unfortunately the AC was not working but they quickly brought us fans and we loved everything!

Great place! Super cheap drinks, no real food available but great service. Not necessary to go to the beach, the pool is amazing.

Nice property, pool, etc. Rooms big and clean. It is a bit of a long walk into El Zonte on the edge of a very busy highway. Uber drivers are cheap, but hit-and-miss: sometimes available and sometimes not available. Hotel says they have transport, but it is a inconvenient/costly to come-and-go without walking. There is no beach at hotel. Suggest hotel map the area for guests who may want to leave hotel property, and make transport very easy (i.e. include transport for small fee at a set time 2x per day, etc.).
