If you're looking for a place to relax, spread out, and enjoy hotel comforts, keep looking. The room was so small that opening a suitcase felt like a real estate transaction. Closet space was practically nonexistent, and the bed seemed specifically designed for people who miss sleeping on a park bench. Housekeeping appears to operate on a "find yourself" basis, so don't expect much in the way of room service or regular cleaning. The breakfast deserves special recognition—not for quality, but for setting expectations incredibly low. For €14, you're treated to cold cuts, boiled eggs, yogurt, and the exciting realization that you could have had a much better breakfast almost anywhere else. To make matters worse, breakfast starts so late that if you're an early riser, you'll either skip it or be halfway through your day before it appears. Maybe some of this is acceptable by local standards, but for the price charged, it was disappointing. This isn't a hotel where you settle in and enjoy the experience. It's a place where you sleep, wake up slightly annoyed, and head somewhere else as quickly as possible.

Nice clean and modern but a little clinical

Stayed for one night, very compact room verging on a bit too small. Comfy bed, quiet room, friendly staff. A short walk from the station and not far from the downtown restaurants.

The staff at the hotel are very good, friendly and polite, whip is not so common these days. My room was modern, clean and warm and the bed was comfortable. One small thing that bothered me, there was a (large) squashed bug on the ceiling that hadn’t been spotted by housekeeping. Apart from that I couldn’t fault the place. Definitely recommend.

If you need to stay in St Polten, stay here! New hotel, 10 minutes from the station through the park - an excellent property with superb rooms, my only disappointment was I only stayed one night! Reception very helpful and their recommendation for eating and drinking was spot on.

Centrally located, helpful check-in staff who spoke perfect English. Room was clean and bathroom well stocked. Can be a bit noisy as it is next to the Trainline but nothing earplugs can't deal with.

Tolles Hotel mit nettem Personal. Das Hotel ist gleich in der Nähe vom Sparkassen Park und dem Bahnhof. Also wenn man mit dem Zug anreist, kann man in 9min beim Hotel sein. Frühstück war auch gut.

Das Zimmer wurde nicht gereinigt, nach meiner Reklamation, weil ich die Reinigung bestellt hatte (scheint nicht selbstverständlich zu sein), wurde am zweiten Tag nur das Bett gemacht! Beim Frühstück musste ich drum kämpfen eine warme pflanzliche Milch zu bekommen. Es habe keine Pfanne, schliesslich wurde sie mit der Mikrowelle dann doch noch möglich. Alles in allem: würde das Hotel nicht weiterempfehlen. Sehr anonym und unfreundlich! Sicht auf die Bahngeleise auch nicht erquickend!

Ich habe im Hotel Wien City übernachtet und war insgesamt zufrieden mit meinem Aufenthalt. Das Hotel war sauber und ordentlich, was mir besonders wichtig ist. Das Frühstück war in Ordnung – es gab eine ausreichende Auswahl, auch wenn es nichts Außergewöhnliches war. Besonders positiv hervorzuheben ist das Personal: sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und aufmerksam. Man hat sich direkt willkommen gefühlt. Ein kleiner Nachteil ist die Parksituation. Es gibt keine direkten Parkmöglichkeiten am Hotel, aber etwa 600 Meter entfernt befindet sich eine Tiefgarage von APCOA. Diese ist zwar etwas eng, dafür aber preislich günstig und gut erreichbar. Insgesamt ein solides Hotel, das ich vor allem wegen des tollen Services weiterempfehlen kann.

Fast alles super, nur die Key-Zuteilung im System hat nicht funktioniert und etwas Umstände gemacht, Personal war aber sehr hilfsbereit
