Overall, a nice hotel for this location with proximity to the beach and main attractions

Nice hotel, very clean and the staff was friendly. Jessica and Veronica were always willing to help and answer questions . Angel at the restaurant in the hotel was very courteous and charming to the guests Thank you

When I went we were the only people staying at the hotel. But the staff seemed like they had to do us a big favour for a basic thing like hot water. The breakfast was really good. TV didn't have Netflix or anything. Room was clean and the bed was comfortable

Carla is amazing and friendly. She went to a restaurant to get me food since the restaurant was opening at 7 and I was hungry and I am diabetic. She should be a manager because she also works in the bar and did a pinacolada. I am very happy with the hotel.

The front desk staff was excellent! The manager when consulted about accommodating, knowing that we had an extra room (due to illness) and requested an upgrade, was reluctant to give us a better room despite having multiple vacancies. It would have been an easy solution to please a guest. They finally gave us a halfway solution. Again, having the rooms available, the manager could have found an easy way resulting in a better review. The hotel is new but we found multiple issues, cracks on walls, defective toilet, tv didn’t work. Breakfast was great. Excellent service. Again, great staff, not so good manager.

We went to the room given to us and started to settle in but then noticed that the latch to lock the patio door did not work which we did not like. We went down and complained to the desk attendant and she very quickly and happily got us into a different room. So it was a hassle but with acceptable conclusion.

Came to Bayahibe for the first time, and found a Diamond. From the first moment through the door, until we waved goodbye, our 3 day stay felt like we were with family. We would recommend this hotel highly to everyone travelling anywhere near Bayahibe.

Property very clean staff really nice . What I didn’t like that they offer a restaurant service for dinner when you get there they only have 2 dishes to offer hamburgers and hod dog if you ask for something else they don’t have nothing I think is better that the front desk don’t even offer that until they have something else to offer to the clients

Spacious and the room was a two bedroom suite. Loved it

The stay was very good. Nice small town, relatively nice new hotel building. Nice just a bit generic. However staff was Fantastic. They are all very strong at what they do, have some english skills and care about the customer. It's evident.

Beautiful hotel. Breakfast was amazing. Fresh ingredients. Pina colada tasty. Staff was so nice .

Es un hotel bien ubicado con personal muy amable. La habitation cuenta con un balcón muy cómodo. Deben mejorar un poco en el desayuno, los últimos dos días no habian croasanes. Pero el personal de la cafeteria suele ser muy servicial. Otro aspecto a tener en cuenta que de las habitaciones vecinas se escucha todo. Pero una vez mas, calidad, precio esta muy bien.
