Great staff: worked with me prior to arrival and definitely during our check-in process. Reserved via hotels.com. I don’t have WhatsApp but helped via online reservation, phone, in-person. Only thing that would make this experience better is to have the pay option via credit card online when making reservations.

Be aware: there is no elevator at this property. They only have 3 rooms on the first floor.

The perfect location for business and entertainment. Parking offsite about a block and a half, 5 dollars per day open 24hours in and out privilege all day. It was perfect for me.

I just passed one night there and liked so much. Its a self service hotel: you can check in and chekout by yourself anf if you have any question, there is a person in the administration who can help you. Room is confortable, i really enjoyed my experience in the hotel.

The parking lot was too far I had to walk for like 15 min, they charge me 160pesos extra fee for the parking lot. No recomendable

First time satting in thia hotel. The security system ia great. Super clean and staff was very helpful. They have a very cozy terraza, perfect to relax. The train station is across the street and the vendors, stores and restaurants are at the next street. Everything is walking distance.

Great place with awesome staff on the hotel side. Very accommodating and friendly. Near transportation and all types of restaurants. I have stayed there and will stay again. Cons A little noisy due to heavy traffic. The restaurant on site is good but needs to upgrade it's service. It is disappointing that they don't take One key cash as form of payment. Still worth staying there.

This hotel is so cute and unique! It's located in an area that is walking distance to everything you need - food, transit, shopping! Service was great and I look forward to returning soon.

Like the concept, it is like an industrial/rustic theme. Like the music in the halls, the views from the terrace. Room was clean and beds are comfortable. Plenty of places to eat nearby and lots of transportation.
