The hotel is centrally located in the old city. The superior rooms are quiet. The bed is very convenient. The service and willingness to help of all staff members is superb.

Angela on the front desk was very welcoming and extremely helpful during our 4 day stay. Very comfortable rooms and updated bathrooms. The location could not have been better.

The hotel is located closed to downtown Arequipa, walking distance of plaza de Armas and Convento de Santa Catalina. The buffet breakfast is delicious and plenty nutritious options.

Nous avons adoré cet hôtel! Petits-déjeuner délicieux, localisation idéale, près de tout! La grande cour est parfaite pour se reposer et que dire de Lolo la tortue qui nous accompagne. Les lits sont confortables et la chambre spacieuse. Je recommande fortement !

We stayed for 3 nights, with kids. Great rooms, great breakfast, very convenient location by the plaza, staff was excellent and accommodating!

Nice property- loc and staff are excellent. Easy walking distance to the spots in the old town. Note breakfast is good, but basic. You can order eggs cooked to your preference however.

The property was a short walk from the town centre. We had a four person family room which had four individual beds which was a welcome change from day sofa bed option you find in most hotels. The staff were friendly and eager to please and just a few minor tweaks would make the service flawless: 1 we booked a wake up call for 2:30 am, as we were catching an early tour, which we did not receive and 2 our room was left unlocked after being cleaned. Breakfast was not bad and the packed breakfast that was made for us when we left early for the tour was excellent. The hotel is very cute with a relaxing courtyard and a pet tortoise and the room was clean, warm and spacious. I would definitely recommend to other travellers spending a couple days in Arequipa.

Absolutely amazing service, staff is extremely nice and welcoming. The rooms are small but comfortable and have everything you need (blow-dryer, safe etc)

Nice hotel in a very central location. I chose it as there were amazing reviews and the photos looked stunning! However, you should request in advance to have a room in the garden otherwise you’ll be placed in the main building which has a lot of street noise and he rooms are not nearly as pretty as the photos. Breakfast was a small buffet but enough options.

Very warm and hospitable staff 24/7. Room with 4 twin beds was a bit small with our luggage, but comfortable and warm. Wonderful rooftop terrace for breakfast overlooking the city. Location is perfect and within minutes of the plaza. Thank you!

The hotel is clean, they are always cleaning. All COVID measurements in place. The room was comfortable, bathrooms clean, hot water. Location is good few blocks from the main square. Breakfast is included.

Would definitely recommend for a stay in Arequipa. Hotel has a good location, close to the monestary...and a rooftop terrace for the included breakfast. There's a giant tortoise living in the courtyard! The room was clean...and nice and cool on a warm day. Staff was fantastic. They were friendly and assisted with everything from our tour bookings to laundry.
