We were stopping in on an 11 hour drive back home. The room was clean, the young man at the front dest was very friendly, and overall we had a great stay. If we had more time we would have looked around town a bit, lots of restaurants and parks close by.

Motel was very clean and the bed was comfy. Good place if you’re travelling through just for the night. Price was decent. Staff was friendly. However, minimal amenities. No coffee maker or microwave. Very little space in the bathroom and no shelves for toiletries.

The room was clean, no microwave in the room, ice machine was empty, while checking out the machine was trying to charge me double, after I called, they fixed it. Found the room quite expensive considering no amenities hardly including no breakfast and coffee machine did not work well in the common area.

Pour être dehors on doit s'asseoir sur un trottoir collée au motel devant notre porte entre la porte et notre voiture. On peut littéralement mettre les pieds sur notre voiture en étant assis sur la chaise.

Location was ideal and it was clean. Front desk staff seemed unfriendly but it didnt affect our stay. Price was right. Need a shelf in the shower to set stuff on as not convenient bending over to reach for things on floor. Not a big deal but would make things easier

Basic motel room, but was clean and comfy. Room was small but only there 1 night so was fine. Can tell it was recently renovated. The property is really nice with lots of room. We had our dog so lots of green space to explore! Would definitely stay again. Right across the street is a larger hotel (Lévesque) with restaurant, bar, patio and Starbucks, so very convenient!

Sadly this motel fell short on all aspects. There is no reception area, no person available. When you walk there is a machine on the wall which you have to use. Check in is done through a terminal on the wall and it is all in French. This is definitely a downfall for tourists and seniors who do not understand the language- my parents would not have been able to check in. Even the key card comes out of this machine. The size of the room was ok, the tv is tiny of you plan on watching anything. Bedding reminded me a university dorm. There is only 1 mirror in the 'deluxe' room and it is in the bathroom. The bathroom is small, there is no fan to help circulate the air the shower pressure isn't great. Ladies with thick or long hair don't plan on washing it here. Our shower had caulk hanging into the tub and a chunk was missing - likely a DIY reno. Our room was in the back section and parking was a nightmare. First is angle parking which is very narrow, and there is no driveway to drive out. The vehicle that was next to us was a very big truck and we squeezed by to get to our unit, but couldn't get out. You cannot turn around and there was no way we could back out. We had to drive on the grass to turn around, alternatively we could have just driven on the grass to get to the main area. Thankfully we were only passing through on our way home. When driving 5 mins to get dinner we saw tonnes of motels and other accommodations. If you can, try and book elsewhere.

Great stay. Clean and comfortable

The facilities, room and location was ideal. The room was very clean. Our car was parked right outside our door for easy access. Lovely outdoor chairs to seat in. Within walking distance there were many restaurants to choice from. We'd book Le Fraser Motel, Rivere-du-loup, again!
