Their lack of compassion and consideration was unacceptable I was unable to cancel my booking on time due to a emergency accident with my family and would not change nor refund my booking at all and I didn’t even make it to the motel or even chance to check in so it’s not like they were out anything as it stood but not even a sliver of trying to show any compassion to the customer turned down so for the only service I received is what I can rate and comment on is this so I wish I got the opportunity to enjoy their hospitality I think I’ll pass to the next motel any time I’m back in Chatham Ontario.

Staff was extremely courteous amd receptive to conversation and feedback. Room was great. It is a Motel, and it exceeded any other motel I have seen or been to. Floors were cold though, could use some carpet runners around the bed. Bed was clean, quiet and warm. Definitely a set up from other motels in the area. Motel is in a cell dead zone though. You need to use their provided wifi, which I didnt really like and didnt realize until we checked in and in the room. My only upgrades would be the carpet runners and a typical hotel style coffee maker for that wake up coffee would be fabulous

Super quiet and updated. Could have been cleaner but overall a great little spot. I’d definitely stay again!!

Everything was top notch. Raj the manager was a super star who needs a raise.

Rooms are clean. There was little Dust on Bedside Tables and hair on the shower wall and the Mini Fridge didn't work. If all these minor things weren't present, I'd rate this experience as Excellent.

The unit clean and tidy. Quick check in/out. No issues.

Property was clean, staff were friendly. Showers are very small and water pressure is ok.

Everything about the stay was fine. The room was clean, everything worked and it was newly renovated. The TV is a ROKU tv and casting was an issue. No cups for water, or drink. And no place to hang clothes.

It was a good last minute stay. Would stay here again if need be.

Nice newly renovated motelvery clean inside and out Safe was great AC/heating good Family friendly One of the best motel I had lately Perfect motel As Im disabled I find they require shower handrails at present there is none I spoke to owner and explained this to him how they are required for disabled and the unsteady elderly .He assured me he would resolve this problem

The rooms are newly renovated and were very clean...the rooms were clean and Raj was amazing...there was some confusion when we booked through hotels.com...Raj made things right...would definitely stay here again.

The room was dirty, even after we asked for it to be cleaned and said what was wrong they still never cleaned those areas

We got there late, around 11 pm. Owner got up and was very pleasant with us. Loud, and i mean LOUD partying drunks at trailer park next door couldn't be heard inside room. Bed was terrible, bathroom is teeny-tiny, and its not the cleanest. Peep under the bed 👀. Location and price are what worked for us. Restaurant a couple doors down for breakfast and coffee, not on property.

Classic motel recently updated. Spartan, but clean.

Little far away from the highway , did not see any beachfront near this Otherwise it was very neat and clean The price was also appropriate

It was very clean and restaurants etc were close by 5-10 minutes drive. Very clean.
