We really enjoyed our vacation at this hotel. Quick check in. Clean room which was warm in winter. The room was well cleaned. The only downside (someone already wrote about it) the toilet is very close to the sink. At night it was quiet and we slept well. Now about the pool - it is super. The water is warm, the pool is a good size, you can safely swim (adult and not only children). Next to the pool there is a salt room with sun beds, Turkish sauna, Finnish sauna, jacuzzi with salt water and on the way out there is a jacuzzi on the street. I really liked the Turkish sauna, my daughter had a runny nose on arrival, after three days of going to this sauna runny nose was gone. We went to dinner at the restaurant a la carte and in the usual restaurant on the type of buffet for 205 zlotys for three people (drinks are paid separately). I recommend a la carte. Only the waiters are a bit slow. In general we liked everything very much. I think the hotel should also include reservations with prepayment and turn off the music in the Finnish sauna (it was just annoying). I recommend this hotel to everyone and I think we will come here again.

Great base to explore the area. Bad weather - no problem, enjoy the pool and spa area. Needs to add few english language channels on TV - satellite provides them for free eg. CNBC, BBC, Bloomberg, etc.

Very small room, no space to place the luggage. Restaurant is overpriced and the food not the greatest.

Small airconditioned room with tiny bathroom and almost useless balcony. Fantastic breakfast.

The hotel was in a beautiful location in a nice relaxed town nearby the mountains. The hotel had quite an 'upmarket vibe' and the drink and restaurant menu was noticeably more expensive than similar-ranged hotels we visited in Poland, however the quality did seem very good. Our bed was comfortable but the room was smaller than it looked in the pictures - the small print on one other booking site shows that the hotel actually has a 3 star section in which our twin executive room was located (although I cant find any mention of this on hotels.com) as well as the advertised 4 star facilities, so we were a little underwhelmed having not noticed this before when reserving, and we found it a little strange that just above our bed headboard there was a window directly onto another rooms balcony. Breakfast was however excellent, and the staff all seemed friendly enough.

In plus - very nice and helpful staff in general and very good breakfast. Apart from this it's an average spa with an average standard of everything: - average premises - average room (beds not really comfortable with old, flabby pillows) - average swimming pool in any mean - below average, highly overpriced hotel's restaurant, serving low quality meals, on cold plates It's worth to mention that I expressed my opinion about the low quality meals served in hotel's restaurant and the reply I received from hotel could clearly describe their attitude: "You don't have to lie about our restaurant and it isn't a professional solution to the problem" It means that If I didn't like the meal served - it means I lied. Also silly statement claiming "not professional solution". Dear hotel, I don't have to be professional because I'm the guest, but you have to because you claim 4* and you charge 90 bucks per night. They couldn't give us the room booked (one double bed). They gave us 2 singles instead. They pushed the blame on booking portal for misinformation and they told us "it's not our fault, but portal misinformed you so it's not our problem". They later realised the nonsense of this statement, offering the double bed room from the next day onward, after we unpacked everything already. As an option they offered higher standard room for additional fee. If someone wants to overpay for average experience - up to you. There is however plenty competitors around.

The main plus to this hotel is the spa area. The pools, saunas, and other spa facilities were wonderful. The staff were good and the restaurant was ok. The food was good but the service seemed a bit disorganised. The rooms were good but nothing exceptional and the location was in a very quite area, so it was great for relaxing. It was a good stay and we would stay here again.

Das Hotel ist in einer sehr schönen Umgebung. Von dort kann man einige Ziele zu Fuß oder mit dem Auto erreichen. Der Ort ist grün, ruhig und sauber. Das Hotel ist sehr gut gepflegt, das Personal sehr freundlich und das Wellnessbereich exzellent. Das Frühstück war lecker.

Hotel który gorąco polecam, byliśmy tu już czwarty raz, bardzo dobre spa, dobre jedzenie świetna obsługa .

Hotel super, bardzo polecam. Bylo czysto, ladne widoki, dobre jedzenie, mila obsługa.

Mooie accomodatie, nette kamers en een zeer mooie spa (betaal je uiteindelijk ook voor in 'resort' fee) nette service met badjassen en slippers. Ook het restaurant is zeker de moeite waard zowel uitgebreid ontbijtbuffet en een goede kaart id avond. Minder punt zijn de gehorige kamers

Das Hotel antwortet nicht auf Emails und ist nicht kooperativ. In der Coronazeit ändern sich tagtäglich Pläne und man muss sich auf das Hotel(personal) verlassen können. Würde keinem empfehlen hier zu buchen.

Lage -Top Essen-sehr gut, SPA -sehr gut, Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, zu wenig Platz zwischen Waschbecken und WC Sitz!
