My daughter and i booked this hotel last minute, i would definitely stay there again if i venture back to Olhão. The staff are lovely and everywhere was so clean.. we made the right choice.

Was very good for the money. Very new and clean, quiet Breakfast was very good. Over all great stay.

This property sits on top of a shopping mall. It was a perfect first stop for our travels in Portugal. Staff was friendly and the hotel was nicely separated from the hussle and bussel of the mall. Breakfast was good with breads, pastries and proteins. The room was efficient, clean and quiet. Parking under the mall worked well. We added an additional night. Recommend!

It was in a convenient location and great value for money. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the hotel was modern. I booked it due to its proximity to Faro airport (15 minutes), but I would stay again as an excellent base for exploring the Algarve.

I loved the view from the window and clean bed. I didn't like the bathroom edges being dirty or the termites near the bed. I also did not like the fact that we called for toilet paper and they said we had to go get it. When we went to get it they said they would bring it to us to the room. Very confusing and frustrating.

Hotel on the top floor of a mall. Great concept for the remodel. Elevator/escalator to 2nd floor reception. Clean, new 2023. Rooms with windows. Comfortable. All staff helpful. 20 min. Walk to waterfront. Grocery store in mall.

I would have given five stars, however I was given a special access (disabled room), which I wasn’t told about before they accepted and took payment for. This meant the lighting of the room was not as good as the the other normal rooms as my family were staying in. This also meant when showering, all the water just went all over the bathroom floor causing a mess - whereas in my family’s rooms, they had isolable shower doors. Also the AC and mood lighting was faulty when first arrived. Took over an hour to get it sorted, which delayed me getting settled in. Apart from that, it is a very good hotel in terms of quality of finish, modern, clean, friendly staff, free hot beverages, conveniently located on the top floor of a shopping mall. I really just wish they gave me a normal room rather than a disabled special access room or at least told me before I booked or before they took payment.

Parking was under the hotel for free which was a bonus. Breakfast options were very minimal and didn’t suit many dietary requirements. The hotel was inside the shopping centre. No hot drinks in the room but free coffee and tea in the hotel lobby. Nice and clean. Friendly and welcoming staff.

This place is wonderful, very clean room and friendly staff. Also they offer a good breakfast. The location is just 10 min walking from train station.

The hotel did not provide any glasses in the room. Had to go to reception every day to pick up glass because the glasses were removed by cleaning staff. MY other issue is that there was no I e available for use in our room. The staff made a tray of cubes when they were gone that was it. Nowas

Great hotel in a residential rather than tourist area within easy walking distance of the historic town. The hotel itself is within the Ria Shopping Centre on the 2nd floor with lift access and is very modern and clean. Good breakfast and free hot drinks available throughout the day. Would recommend.

Common area with 24 hr coffee and microwave. Common area has tables for self dining including outside tables. The room was very comfortable with a large bed and very nice shower. Would stay there again or other hotels in the chain.

Absolutely amazing for the price, free hot drinks 24/7 you have a communal area where you can order your food from outside and you are able to use the dishes and cutlery, the staff are very welcoming the Director was also very nice and helpful, there is a smoking area, the hotel is located in a shopping centre and you have a laundrette downstairs, breakfast is decent, very eco friendly and you have free parking during your stay, very quiet too we stay in lots of different hotels regularly and i must say most likely one of the best low cost hotels we stayed in

Nice to have parking included and close to bigger city of Faro by car. Breakfast is simple but fresh. Our room had a window but looked out to the shopping centre so no natural light coming in the room. Otherwise, a good spot!

For the price I was not expecting such a comfortable place. Great beds, quiet, super clean and very friendly reception staff. Being able to get free tea, coffee and flavoured water 24 hrs a day was a bonus. It is in the 2nd floor of a shopping centre but has free parking with direct lift to the hotel.
