Everything was good, we have enjoy our stay!

The room ambience is very good but the room ventilation almost choked me to death at first entrance. The location manager is very insulting, unprofessional and arrogant. She has no respect for genuine customers and constantly demonstrating her feminism. She almost slapped me for asking her politely about the multiple transactions in my account. The location owner is not friendly either, he denied having anything to do with hotel.com and got me more confused. However, I received multiple debit in my account, and a refund of $297.33 is expected back into my account.

A perfect place to rest! The property is spotless, conveniently located with ample guest parking and everything you might need nearby. Exceptionally courteous staff made the 1 night stay a memorable one.

The hotel is either new or renovated. Very clean. The staff is nice and welcoming.

Rooms are very clean as well as the property. Staff were friendly.

Je suis satisfaite du service reçu avec hôtel Napoléon. Déjà à l’entrée, l’endroit est très bien entretenu. Tout est propre ça sent bon, on se sent comme chez soi. J’aime le fait que la télévision était à jour contrairement à d’autre hôtel. Nous avons pu regarder Netflix, YouTube etc. Nous avons eu un problème technique durant notre séjour mais l’équipe spécialement Mme. Martine Brisson, a été plus que proactive pour nous accommoder. Je suis entièrement satisfaite je réserverai définitivement à l’avenir. Je recommande fortement.

The staff, when I arrived sunday Evening, the lady at the reception qas not smiling and was making me feel like she didnt want me there. I did not feel welcome. First time it happen to me. In the morning the cleaning lady didnt knew if i could use the side door. I had a lot of stuff nd using the side door would be easier for me. She should know this kind of information. The isolation is bad for the sound.

overall experience is okay. room looks clean, can't complain for the price that we paid. it would be better if towels are changed for each day that we stayed there though

Nice

The hotel is clean and the room is spacious. The noise isolation isn't great, especially if you have chatty hallway people. Kids were screaming in the corridor but the reception was kind enough to take care of the problem. The bed is comfortable and the value if quite exceptional for the times we are living.
