Parking and building access was pretty good, the staff were responsive and helpful. Our flight was delayed and they gave our room away and stuck us in a room with no tv. We were moved to a new room after the 2nd night. We booked Queen beds, both rooms were double beds. Had wifi and the pool was great. No AC only heat and using the furnace fan and windows only open 4” so sleeping was very warm. The great location and pool made it worth the stay. Make sure to lock your vehicle doors as there are many homeless walking through the parking lot.

Decent hotel for the price, not fancy but is good enough for the price. Great location on the LRT line so makes it close to everything. Hotel is a bit on the older side but staff were friendly!

The staff were very nice and helpfull, but the quality of the room was rather poor, the enamel was peeling off the bathroom floor and the shower head shot a jet out onto the floor. We were also only left with one small towel at the beginning. None of these issues ruined the experience totally but overall the hotel was rather mediocre

The staff were very friendly, helpful and responsive. I had a good stay! Perfect for sole traveller. I was in town for a conference nearby for the weekend, and their service fits perfectly.

No towels in our room when we checked in. The weight machine in the gym was out of service and the cardio machine was wobbly. The lining in the tub was peeling up. And there was drug paraphernalia in the drawers. It was however super cheap and conveniently located on the LrT line. Super cheap to cab anywhere downtown and the hotel room wasn’t otherwise unclean or unsafe feeling.

So first off, the staff were friendly and accommodating, however we had dogs and the same staff member asked twice if they had charged us for the pet fee - fine whatever (we had paid it). Upon leaving, they asked again. Seems to be quite a thing with them. Secondly, the surrounding area is sketchy as heck. There were drunk and high people all over the property, yelling at all hours of the night. There are train tracks RIGHT beside the hotel, and that is also quite loud. Third, the rooms were outdated and looked... interesting to say the least. The bathroom sink was cracked, the carpet was disgusting and we never once took our shoes off. The water had a strange odour, and the towels were cheap and didn’t do much to dry you off. Happy to report there were no bedbugs, however! Overall, with three people it was fine. I would not stay here by myself, but it was a place to shower and sleep for the night.

I was in town for a three day event at the Bow Center. The room was clean and quiet, Staff was very freindly and went out of there way to help me with some extra printing I needed to get done for the next morning. The parking lot is connected to a c-train station and a 2 min train ride to Stampede Park. The only minor criticism is the lack of coffee pods provided for the machine in the room. Otherwise it is a fantastic place for a business traveler.
