Location was great! Room was very clean as well as pool. Staff were always friendly and ready to help. Only thing that could be improved is more water filters around the hotel as a few times it would be empty fast but staff were very good at refilling it as soon as we told them. Thanks so much for the stay!

Me encanto la privacidad, la piscina y la ubicación fue muy central. Los cuartos estaban un poco húmedos pero con el aire estaba bien.

Room was much smaller than anticipated and the AC unit was in the upstairs loft area so the upstairs bedroom got super cold and the downstairs bedroom was hot. Air did not circulate well. Because our room was in the front of the hotel, the balcony overlooked the busy street. It was extremely noisy and bright from the street lights in the evening. One night the place next door partied and played music all night long on a week night. Location was good and in an easily walkable area. We felt safe and hotel was clean and staff was very friendly.

Fue una experiencia increíble, sin duda nos sorprendieron las habitaciones estaban preciosas bien decoradas y con suficientes insumos de shampoo, enjuague y jabón que cabe recalcar con un aroma delicioso… Además de esto nos incluyó desayuno, estaba riquísimo y fue suficiente para estar satisfechos Puedes elegir entre chilaquiles, huevitos y fruta me parece, además de contar con jugo, café y fruta de temporada Tiene una muy buena ubicación, súper cerquita de la playa, eso sí considera tomar un taxi desde el ferry hasta tu hotel si no quieres terminar empapado en sudor por la humedad y más si vienes cargando con maletas grandes Solo como observación la alberca se veía un poquito deteriorada, está bien, pero hay varios pisos sueltos que arreglar lo que hace que no se vea limpia, sin embargo si se puede disfrutar 💛 Holbox nunca decepciona, recomiendo mucho este lugar para descansar!

La ubicación es muy buena. A mi gusto solo un poco más amplio el menú del desayuno. Pero muy bonito y pintoresco
