The room was clean, the sheets and blankets smelled clean. The food was delicious. The staff was friendly. There's no elevator, though. It's not a problem for young people, as climbing up and down the stairs is a good workout 😁. I highly recommend it 😊.

The hotel staff was very friendly. The room was clean with a balcony. The shower was also hot. The cool air was offset by the beautiful view. The only downside: no elevator. Imagine, if you check in late at night, you'll get on the third floor. And to get to the lobby, you'll have to climb the stairs, and that doesn't include the room. Not recommended for those with knee problems or the elderly.

The hotel doesn't have an elevator, so if you get the third floor, be prepared to be a little overworked. Oh yeah, one receptionist was incredibly unfriendly and wouldn't cooperate with changing rooms.

The only minus is there is no lift facility, overall ok!

Shame that swimming pool cannot be used due to water source broke down (flood). All good, but a bit overpriced. Breakfast was fine! Even without buffet.

Overall, everything was great and comfortable. The food at the restaurant was delicious! If you're feeling lazy about going out at night, you can just go down to the restaurant or order snacks to your room, and you can also watch Netflix and chill. The staff are all friendly and very helpful. There's a heated pool on the rooftop with a beautiful view. The hotel's location is also strategic, and there are many interesting viewpoints to see from the hotel, especially from the rooftop. Very satisfied with my stay here, highly recommended!

The rooms are spacious and clean, but there's no air conditioning and no elevator. For those bringing elderly parents, this isn't a suitable option as there's no elevator.

I can't move on from staying here 😍 The place is very comfortable, the rooms are nice and big, the terrace is spacious, the swimming pool on the rooftop really has the best view and is clean. The breakfast has many choices and honestly, it's all delicious. All the staff are very friendly, from the moment we arrived at the parking lot, we were greeted.
