I had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The room was nice and tidy, and the hotel staff were very friendly and helpful throughout my visit. However, there are a few areas that need improvement. The swimming pool was still dirty during the weekend, which was quite disappointing. Additionally, the family suite deck had no lighting, making it very dark at night. Lastly, the trekking activity is only available on Saturdays, it would be great if it were also offered on Sundays. Overall, it was a good experience, but with these improvements, the stay would be even better!

The staff is friendly, there was a slight problem, because the toilet leaked but the hotel staff immediately fixed it, oh yes, the electricity terminal in the toilet was about to come off and had to be fixed yesterday, I forgot to inform the staff because it was a bit dangerous, otherwise it was ok, the breakfast lacked variety, and the best thing was the view was amazing, so I want to come back again

We booked last minute the day before we arrived after accidentally seeing it on Traveloka. We got a superior room because it was the only room available. We were expecting a quiet stay, but unfortunately, we could hear other guests' conversations, making our stay a bit uncomfortable. This glamping hotel is still very new, so there's still a lack of service. The swimming pool is a bit uncomfortable because it's located in front of the restaurant. If you're staying here, I recommend getting a family room, as I think it's the best.

Including a hidden gem that suddenly appears in the middle of a hill, the road is still pretty good because it can pass through housing complexes with good roads, and the atmosphere is also nice, comfortable and cold, not piercing, so it's also cool at night and in the morning, the most important thing to see is if you want to buy snacks at the minimarket, bring it before you arrive because it is quite far from the nearest minimarket 🤣🤣

too expensive for food that doesn't have much variety, maybe if the price was 80-100 thousand / person it would still be balanced, but 140 thousand seems like it needs to be considered again, it would be a shame if you don't want to eat at the restaurant

Thank you for the hospitality.. overall it's good, the only thing missing is a mirror in the room, a wardrobe.. the room is just incomplete, because the room is already big, it's just incomplete.. it's a shame that the price is 700 thousand but it's still incomplete inside. And the wifi needs to be fixed again.

Nice view, nice room, but a bit disappointed that they offered tracking and free horse riding but in the end they didn't do it for this reason. Also, there are a lot of flies in the restaurant and in the room.

The food in the restaurant is delicious and quite varied.. if you like to snack, prepare your logistics before arriving at the location.. In the future, there will need to be directions from the highway to make it easier.. using Google Maps is also OK, but to be sure, signs can be added at each intersection to the location. Hopefully the rooftop cafe can finish its renovation soon so you can hang out and have coffee while enjoying the view and atmosphere
