Excellent Gasthaus!!! Phenomenal location, breathtaking landscapes, easy drive to castles, shopping, eating and so much more. Staff is gracious and helpful, and food at the Mirabell Restaurant is incredible!

I have stayed here for a week each of the last three years. The hotel is in a village in the alps with breathtaking views. Most rooms have a balcony. The rooms are spacious for a European mountain hotel. Extremely clean and well maintained. The owner went out of her way for me on several occasions even delivering ice to my door from their restaurant across the street. They treat you as more than a guest. High praise in today's market. The owners English is limited but the rest of the staff all communicate well in several languages. Her enthusiasm more than compensates. Breakfast is included daily between 8-10 AM. I highly recommend, it's the main reason I return every year.

Hotel was located in the middle of Berwang. The food at the hotel restaurant was delicious. There were also several other good restaurants within a few minutes walk. The ski lifts were about a 10 min walk from the hotel or you could take the ski bus. Great location.

We loved it. The staff was great and the area is breathtaking.

The area of Berwang, Austria is spectacular. This traditional Tyrolean guesthouse is set in charming alpine setting . The guest house owner did not speak English and was challenging to communicate but her bright smile and willingness to help made up for the lack of communication. We arrived in the dark around 9 pm on a night that the restaurant was not open. It was impossible to find with the directions, and luckily another guest saw us driving back and forth and helped us find our way. Their restaurant is called Cafe Mirabell is in next door to the guesthouse and perhaps if we had that information we would have found things a bit easier. The bedding was so comfortable and we loved our stay once we found the spot!

This hotel is located in a picturesque setting. Sensory overload with the sound of cow bells and the smell of flowers in the air. My only regret is we only stayed one night. Within a short drive of zugspitze and neuschwanstein castle.

Wonderful owners, so nice and willing to work with you and your depart time to fit in your breakfast. The only thing that confused us was where we went to check in, you had to go to their restaurant, the sign was there but would have been helpful to know on the instructions of the hotel before arriving.

booked for a family of 4 and they gave us a great room with a joining room for the kids. great location

The hostess welcomed us warmly in spite of our late arrival, even offering us more comfortable rooms. Excellent breakfasts.
