Lovely new hotel. Well appointed with great employees. Attentive employees. They noticed it was my birthday and left me a treat in the room Good location for large shopping centre and transport into city.

I booked a king room and I got a twin bedroom. I never got back the difference for my room . The bed shook so bad when the train stopped that i almost fell off the bed. Very noisy as well. I wouldn’t recommend this place .

We had an overall good experience staying at the passenger hotel in Salzburg. There is a big mall 4 min away with plenty of shops and food choices. The train to the city center is 5 min walk away. The gym is very modern, including a reformer Pilates as well. The hotel is about 4 km from the city centre, we walked to the city centre, as we love exploring the non turistic areas as well, but there are lots of busses going to that direction too. The Salzburg airport is also 4 km away from the hotel. The room was very clean, and the food was pretty great!

The hotel is relatively new, and as a result, it boasts excellent facilities and is impeccably clean. While it is located a bit farther from the city center—about a 30-40 minute bus ride (just 5 minutes walk to the bus stop or Sbahn station though)—the convenience of having IKEA and shopping mall Europark right across the street more than makes up for it. This is ideal for those who are looking to explore these attractions or need shopping options nearby. The room, while well-appointed, is on the smaller side. If you have two large pieces of luggage, it might feel a bit cramped and maneuvering around could be challenging. That said, the bed is comfortable, and the bathroom is modern and well-designed, offering a relaxing space after a long day. The staff were consistently friendly and professional, both at the Front Office and in F&B, making our stay more enjoyable. However, there was an issue with housekeeping: despite not having a "Do Not Disturb" sign on our door, our room was missed for cleaning on one of the days leading up to our checkout. While this wasn’t a major inconvenience, it was an unexpected oversight. Overall, this hotel offers great value for those looking for a clean, comfortable stay with good access to nearby attractions.

Excellent new hotel, glad we got to stay there for our trip to Salzburg. The employees at reception and at the hotel bar were gracious hosts and were very friendly, attentive, and helpful. They gave us great information, and made our stay even better. They definitely hired the right people for the job. I enjoyed the location, parking, and the room. My one criticism would be that the bathroom door has a mechanism that makes it automatically shut when I wanted the door to stay open, but it was just a minor inconvenience. All in all, a very nice hotel next to a very big shopping mall. We'll be back!

Great new hotel with very welcoming and friendly staff. I had an excellent dinner in the restaurant, would highly recommend. The Room was comfy, The only thing missing was tea in the bedroom as they only catered for coffee drinkers. This was readily available in the bar restaurant sea though as were water and juices.I would definitely stay here again if i visit in the future

Sehr schönes, neues Businesshotel. Gemütliche Betten. Alles sehr sauber! Schöner Frühstücks- und Barbereich.

Das Hotel ist brandneu und nicht alles läuft rund: die Beschilderung ist mangelhaft sowohl für das Hotel als auch für die Parkplätze. Das Personal spricht nur Englisch.

Very nice hotel, what was outstanding were the people working there. Very service minded, in a natural way, and you just felt welcomed.

Tudo na minha estadia foi excepcional, o hotel é muito novo e a instalações impecáveis. A staff foi muito atenciosa e nos sentimos extremamente acolhidas. Fácil acesso ao centro da cidade! Recomendo
