First of all, the hotel's name isn't Danker, but rather Danke (without the letter "R"). Consequently, the hotel was very difficult to find. I arrived late at night at the East Meixi Lake Metro Station. The station was the nearest one to the hotel - only 2 km away - yet no one there knew the location of the "Danker" hotel, even though I had the "English" address of the hotel. Fortunately, we met a local resident who kindly gave us a rideshare to a nearby hotel, where the receptionists graciously helped us book a taxi to take us to Danke Hotel. The hotel is located on the 18th floor. The building's entrance has a factory-like feel. The elevator which takes us to the hotel reception does not feel like a hotel elevator. The receptionist was unfriendly. However, the room wasn't too bad; in my opinion, it was quite clean.
